Our tour guide(who is also the owner) was amazing. Communication was great. He texted us a few days before and prior to the trip on the day of. He was extremely informative and gave us valuable hints and information about our Alaska adventure. We enjoyed the ice museum and appletini in the ice glass. We didn’t get to go into the Hot Springs because it was thundering and lightning was close.(This was our choice). The resort restaurant looks nice but the restaurant told us it would be a 2 hours before we could sit down and have a drink at the bar! Our guide warned us about this and offered to take us anywhere we wanted to eat. He recommended Pump house, dropped us off and offered to bring us back when we were done. The next day I received a message that he refunded us half of our tour because he felt bad that we didn’t get to use the hot springs. This tour guide/owner is very reputable, knowledgeable, and honest. I enjoyed our tour. He does other tours as well so even if you aren’t wanting the ice museum, you can use him for other tours in the area.

It was an incredible experience with Kevin. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The Aurora ice museum was wonderful and the Chena Hot springs was very relaxing. Kevin was also great at spotting multiple moose on our drive there and gave us an unforgettable experience. Would 100% recommend!

Kevin was on time, very approachable, and knowledgeable about his local area. He was very accommodating, taking just two of us to Chena when our scheduled could not accommodate any other dates. Much cheaper to get to Chena hot Springs than other options we found. Highly recommended

A fitting end to a memorable trip through Canada and Alaska. Although not having much time in Fairbanks I was lucky enough to find the time on my last evening to visit Chena Hot Springs and the Ice Museum. The drive out and back passed quickly. Beautiful scenery and great conversation helped. The Ice Museum was amazing, a work of art and a credit to the sculptor who has created this magic. The hot springs by contrast were very relaxing. Thank you Kevin for this great experience. I really appreciate the effort you went to on my behalf, the prompt pickup from my hotel, the informative drive out and back and for allowing me to tailor the trip to meet my needs.
