Kindly consider that after the elevator, there are around 50 stairs in order to reach the top of the Cathedral, and back down at the end of the tour

Don’t miss going to the roof!

This was a fabulous tour and the opportunity to go up to the roof of the Duomo is not to be missed! But it is A LOT of stairs and not for anyone who is out of shape. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, personable, and had good English. The church is truly beautiful with many things to see, small and large. Our guide gave us time at various points to wander or sit and soak in the art or atmosphere. She also asked for questions along the way. After the tour of the church, we went up to the roof. There is an elevator up to a midway point (great backdrop for photos and one young man proposed to his girlfriend while we were there). Then there are about 100 more steps to get to the upper roof where you can walk the ridgeline of the church and on a clear day see the Alps and the Dolomites. It was spectacular! Really worth it. By the by, the gift shops were middling, if that’s your thing.

The sites and cleanliness is great. What it entails as far as walking and stairs needs to be explained better. We were only able to go up 1/2 way due to no elevators after that.great tour.

The combination tour of the cathedral and the rooftop was well worth getting. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was prepared with additional pictures to help illustrate the important parts of the cathedral.
Couldn’t find the guided tour spot, we missed the tour and can’t get a refund. Not good, avoid this company.

The address for the meeting point was not clear or correct, we were there 15 min before and we were told to go somewhere else then we got to that spot and were told to go somewhere else and then got to that spot and were told to go somewhere else. We then missed the guided tour we paid for, very disappointing. There should be a clearer or more defined landmarks or objects to find the meeting place.
