Skip the line at Milan’s Duomo! This Super Saver package includes a guided tour in English or Spanish, elevator access to the rooftop, and stunning city views—an experience that will enrich your visit to Milan.
The Duomo, an iconic landmark built across six centuries, is among the four largest cathedrals in Europe.
During the two-hour guided tour, you’ll explore the cathedral’s artistic and architectural highlights and learn how its development connects with Milan’s history. Admire its Gothic details, along with numerous paintings and statues. Your guide will share legends linked to the Duomo and reveal pagan elements such as zodiac symbols.
You’ll also visit the underground crypt beneath the altar, where Archbishop Carlo Borromeo’s centuries-old tomb rests. Then ride the lift to the rooftop for panoramic views of the city. Optionally, add a 2-day Open Bus ticket to continue exploring Milan.

A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women.
It is FORBIDDEN to introduce inside Duomo food, liquids, knifes, ceramic mugs and everything that can be used as blunt weapon.
Kindly consider that after the elevator, there are around 75 stairs in order to reach the top of the Cathedral, and back down at the end of the tour
On hot days, we recommend wearing a hat, applying sunscreen, and bringing a bottle of water to stay protected and hydrated during the tour.
If you selected the Open Bus Ticket, please show your voucher at the bus stop in Piazza Duomo, in front of the taxi stand. Look for the MILAN OPEN TOUR bus.
The Spanish Tour Option is available from April 1st to October 31st at 10:00am

4.00Tour was pretty good and the history around this wonky church. Mix of an old church on one barely finished with renovations taking place. We booked the roof tour which is the best part for the views. If I could I would skip the inside and just tour the roofs. The outside of the church is amazing.

The rooftop alone was worth it — walking among the intricate sculptures and taking in the panoramic views of the city was unforgettable. Inside, I especially appreciated learning more about the art and history, from the stunning stained glass windows to the powerful San Bartolomeo Scorticato and Battistero di San Giovanni alle Fonti. Maria was an excellent guide — knowledgeable, engaging, and informative without ever overwhelming us. She was especially skillful in navigating the closures caused by the Olympics opening ceremonies, which didn’t impact our experience at all. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a deeper understanding of the Duomo beyond just admiring its beauty.

4.00The tour was incredibly insightful, and our tour guide was so nice. She really knew her stuff, and I learned quite a bit! However, my brain was just a bit fried from all the information. By the time we got to the very top of the duomo, I was just about ready to leave. I’m not sure if I even stayed up there for 5 minutes. It was gorgeous nonetheless, but the tour was so long and I was ready to go. Also, there was a ton of scaffolding, so I didn’t get a ton of great pics because they ruined the shot. Overall, I highly recommend this tour if you’re super interested in the history of the Duomo and Milan. However, if you’re really only interested in seeing the cool infrastructure and taking pics, I recommend just buying a ticket in with NO tour. I believe they also have small audio packs inside so you can buy one of those and do the tour at your own desirable pace.

5.00Very informative. Our guide helped us appreciate the beauty of the Duomo even more. Please note that while there is lift going up the rooftop, you’ll have to take the stairs going down. Something to consider for those with mobility issues. Otherwise, it is a fascinating experience. Lots of opportunities to take good photos!
