A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women.
It is FORBIDDEN to introduce inside Duomo food, liquids, knifes, ceramic mugs and everything that can be used as blunt weapon.
Kindly consider that after the elevator, there are around 75 stairs in order to reach the top of the Cathedral, and back down at the end of the tour
On hot days, we recommend wearing a hat, applying sunscreen, and bringing a bottle of water to stay protected and hydrated during the tour.

5.00The Duomo is unbelievable and unexpected, a must see. Our guide Simone was fabulous. He had incredible knowledge about Milan, the Doumo and the history around it all. The skip the line made it quick and helpful in managing where we spent our time. Simone kept us totally engaged, deftly handling a tour of 13 in a way that you always felt part of the discussion. If you can, take the stairs to the top of the Duomo. It was a breathtaking view and easier than I thought it would be. overall, highly recommend. For the meeting point, it was a little non-descript which made it a little confusing so try to arrive a few minutes early to make sure you find it.
