The lesson is held only and always in English, but if you don't speak English, we can help you with Italian, French, Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian, Hebrew, and Persian.
Lessons in other languages are available exclusively upon request & private.

VIA GIUSEPPE DEZZA 47 MILAN INTERCOME 47 This is a unique Italian cooking class, I will open my house located in an elegant palace in one of the most prestigious areas in the center of Milan, full of art paintings and antique furniture, that come from the family Palladian Palace, you will taste there mouth-watering traditional Italian dishes and recipes that you have prepared: pasta ravioli and tiramisu. I will teach you how to make the most famous and delicious noodles and ravioli, the secrets of the unique and classic tiramisu. Very easy to reach: subway blue line just 20 meters from the Coni Zugna -Via Foppa stop. Cooking for one's family is a tradition handed down for generations. When Grandma Bruna is too tired she will be replaced by her daughter or grandchildren. The lesson is held in English, but we also speak several other languages. Upon request. Some teachers speak French, German, Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian, Hebrew, and Persian. 12 hours in advance we will send an email with the name of the teacher, but if you want only Grandma Bruna as teacher I cannot assure 12 hours in advance

My friends and I absolutely loved our cooking class with Luca! He gave really clear instructions, and the class was such a great value. We got to make two types of pasta, and a dessert, all while sipping wine and chatting with everyone around us! We definitely learned more about making pasta, and would recommend this class to anyone looking for something fun to do in Milan!

This was a fantastic experience!! We are all still talking about how much fun we had creating delicious pasta and tiramisu. Federico was an amazing teacher. He spent time getting to know all of us and kept it very light-hearted and fun. We can't wait to try everything we learned back at home!!! This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! Francesco was an incredible instructor! We learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch and the best tiramisu I’ve ever had! everything we made was absolutely delicious. The food, the atmosphere, and Francesco’s energy made it such a fun and memorable experience. If you’re visiting Italy and want to learn authentic Italian cooking while having an amazing time, this class is a must!

I loved this course! The teacher was very friendly and patient. Pasta, tiramisu and ice cream were prepared – everything was delicious, with quality ingredients. Mood was warm and relaxed. I recommend 100%: a great experience!

Upon arrival, it seems it was a private residence. We (some other attendees) had to call as we had no way to get in. We were told on the phone by a female to wait across the road in the park and someone would come out and get us. The lady was quite abrupt. Shortly after a lady came out to greet us. She was nice and hospitable. I do not believe it was the same person who answered the phone. The 'wine' was a sweet wine and only served in the last hour when we ate. It would have been nice to have the wine from the start. Everyone contributes so we all make our small portion and it is combined into one large dish at the end which is cooked and shared. So strangers were touching the pasta with bare hands etc. - I don't know their hygiene and personally, this didn't impress me. I personally don't think it was worth paying that much for what we got.

A relaxed, well organised, entertaining évent. Lucas was superb, explaining the history and process clearly and with humour. We were a mixed bunch, but he put us all at ease and got everyone involved, even my (initially reluctant) 19yr old son joined in, and had a great time! The dishes we made were tasty, with easy to follow instructions, and eating what we'd made afterwards as a group made it a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Well done Lucas!
