Marcus's Historical & Financial London walking tour was the highlight of our London trip! Fascinating hidden stories are scattered everywhere in London, and Marcus tells them intelligibly. I was enthralled and learnt so many tales of London from the tour. What truly sets this experience apart is Marcus's ability to bridge the gap between the grand history of the city and the complex world of modern finance. He expertly guided us through the winding alleys of the Square Mile, pointing out architectural details and secret courtyards we would have walked right past on our own. His deep knowledge of the Bank of England's history and the evolution of the Stock Exchange turned what could be dry subjects into a gripping narrative of power, money, and ambition. Beyond the facts, the logistics were seamless; the pace was perfect for taking photos, and Marcus ensured everyone could hear him clearly despite the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether you are a history buff or just curious about how London became a global financial powerhouse, this tour is an absolute must. I left feeling like I had seen a side of the capital that most tourists—and even locals—completely miss. Will absolutely join more of Marcus's tours again!

An amazing walking tour from start to finish. Marcus was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the city’s history and culture. He was able to share little-known details that brought every stop to life, while keeping the pace relaxed and enjoyable for everyone in the group. The route of the tour covered so many interesting landmarks. Marcus was also incredibly friendly, happy to answer questions, and can give great recommendations for local food and places to explore afterward.

Amazing tour and really liked the guide too. Super knowledgeable and engaging. I live in London and booked a tour to know more about the City. Impressive to know about the small details that make the "separation" between London to the City. Now when I have a friend visiting from abroad, I use what I learn to impress others. Definitely recommend. During the tour, someone interrompted the tour to ask something quickly about the city and Marcus very kindly replied to the person. I found that really nice.
