Are we operating post Hurricane Melissa: Yes.We never closed out operations. We accept same day arrival bookings up to 9am, but departures must be booked no later than 5pm the day prior to travel. Whether you’re traveling individually, as a couple or in a group, your ground transport needs are covered by this shared one way OR round-trip transport service between Montego Bay airport and hotels in Jamaica. After landing at Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport (MBJ) at the start of your vacation, meet our airport reps at the counter Desk 8 in the main arrivals hall as you exit customs. Skip any long lines for cabs and hop aboard your air-conditioned shuttle vehicle to travel to the following accommodation: hotels in Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay and Trelawny, and the Tryall, Round Hill and Grand Palladium hotels. The transfer service is just as convenient when your vacation finishes. Just choose Round Trip and not one way. For the return trip, meet your driver at your hotel reception and relax as you’re whisked back to the airport in time for your flight departure. It’s a hassle-free, one or two-way service that gives you great peace of mind both before and during your vacation. When making a booking for this service, you will need to provide your arrival and return flight details and your hotel details with us. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously. Approximately 24 hours prior to your departure, you will be required to reconfirm exact pickup time and place (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).

1.00Horrible experience. No one from Holiday Travel or Viator are on the same page. I was told round-trip was available for my destination and was charged an additional amount to book the destination plus tried on multiple occasions to confirm pickup and still no answer on my departure day. No seems to know nothing and more money is being spent out my pocket smh. Just pure unorganized mess.

1.00The point person outside of the airport was extremely unprofessional and rude. Our driver to the resort was amazing, but having to wait for additional planes to land, is ridiculous. We opted into using our resorts transportation back to the airport, instead. I would not recommend.

1.00When we got to the airport they made us wait almost an hour to leave to wait on other passengers from other incoming planes that landed after us. We stood out in the hot sun for 20 minutes just waiting to get on the bus to go to the hotel. They finally let us on after my husband complained.

1.00The driver was nice .. I have booked with Holiday service previously and usually have good experience but not this time. The airport wasn’t busy at all, I’m use to waiting on other passengers but that van was full and sat at the airport for additional 45 minutes. I reached out to the operator and they basically said I should’ve booked a private driver. Even when the airport is busy , I never had to wait this long. After standing outside and talking to his buddies, the driver eventually came back without any passengers and we left. So basically we waited for nothing. Landed at 1, got to condo around 6. The operator also said delay was due to rain but I seen several other vans leave with their passenger. This probably be the last time booking with holiday service. I would like for people to care about my time and like to enjoy my vacation..

5.00We used Holiday Services as a recommendation from our Hotel. We did the private car service with champagne. Our driver to our hotel was amazing but I can't recall his name. Our return driver back to the airport was Rolando. He was awesome as well and very cautious on these crazy roads her. We will use them again anytime we return to Jamaica and would highly recommend you do the same.
