5.00Donavan was excellent! He was professional, accommodating, and patiently waited for us while we enjoyed Dunn's River Falls. He helped us obtain our tickets and assisted with any arrangements and purchases we needed before entering the falls, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free and we had some savings 🙂. When he wasn't available to take us to Kingston Airport, he went out of his way to help arrange alternative transportation for us. His service truly went above and beyond our expectations. What stood out most was his genuine care and attention to his customers. Even after we left, he checked in to make sure we had arrived safely back home, which was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Donavan to anyone visiting Jamaica and will definitely use his services again the next time we're here!

5.00Donovan was excellent… very punctual… took us on a tour of Jamaica that was unbelievable …. Words can’t truly describe our experience with him. We felt safe all the time. We toured the meat market and the different communities lifestyles. Donovan brought us to a local place and the mango chicken was so delicious. I travel every year and I wish he could be my private driver every time .

5.00Donovan was outstanding from the moment he picked us up at the airport. While staying at an all-inclusive resort in Montego Bay, we wanted to experience the real Jamaica, and he made that happen. He took us to Rick’s Cafe, river rafting, beautiful beaches, and even the famous Jamaican KFC that everyone raves about. Donovan was professional, punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the island. He made us feel safe and welcomed while sharing Jamaican culture, history, and local recommendations along the way. If you’re visiting Jamaica and want an authentic experience beyond the resort, I highly recommend Donovan, he’s been my trusted guide and transportation on all 3 of my visits to Jamaica since 2024 . He helped make ours trip truly unforgettable.

5.00Don't book Jamaican transportation with a large company when you can hire Donovan as your personal valet. No waiting to be picked up at the Montego Bay airport, he is prompt and will meet you curbside for an expedited arrival / departure. Donovan is safe, courteous, and a properly vetted transportation provider in Jamaica. He's SO good, we send a lot of business his way, so please be sure to book with him as early as possible. All major debit / credit cards accepted. Don't start your Jamaican trip standing in long lines or in an oversold and crowded VIP airport lounge. Book with Donovan and breeze through with ease! Also, his hourly rates are more than reasonable if you would like a tour of the city and other parts of the island.

5.00This past February my boyfriend and I traveled to Rose Hall Beach. We were slightly underprepared and had not arranged our transportation from Montego Bay to our accommodation. After exiting customs we were immediately greeted by Donovan. He ran to fetch the car and brought it right to the door so we wouldn’t have to walk through the surprise down pour of rain. Riding with Donovan was a treat in itself! I truly believe Donovan may be one of most bright and special people in all of Jamaica. He chatted with us the entire time in the car and got us both very excited for the week ahead! When we arrived to our transportation Donovan got out and made sure we were situated. After he had left we realized we had shorted him some $$ by accident. We felt terrible! This was no issue for Donovan and he agreed to pick us back up when we’re ready to return to the airport. My boyfriend and I were departing to 2 different cities. Unfortunately due to many different circumstances, I was left stranded without a flight home for 3 additional days. Donovan became my best friend during these days. He continually texted me to check on me and continued to retrieve me from the airport after many canceled flights. He went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. He was contacting me past business hours and even offering to come to pick me up during his time off. Donovan took me to an ATM when I ran short on cash and stayed in contact with my boyfriend ensuring him that he would not abandon me or leave me to fend for myself. I’m a better person because of meeting Donovan! Consider yourself lucky if you meet him too. Donovan was easily one of the most valuable parts of our time in Jamaica.

5.00SAVED OUR ENTIRE TRIP. Unfortunately, our original plans fell through and the hotel we booked was closed. Thankfully, he helped us call around to multiple different resorts for over an hour to make sure we had a place to stay. The only place we could find ended up being well over an hour away. During the ride there answered any question we could’ve possibly had and told us a bunch of history about the island and cities we were passing through. At our drop off he told us the time he would pick us up for our return trip to the airport and was there early. COULDN’T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE.
