5.00SAVED OUR ENTIRE TRIP. Unfortunately, our original plans fell through and the hotel we booked was closed. Thankfully, he helped us call around to multiple different resorts for over an hour to make sure we had a place to stay. The only place we could find ended up being well over an hour away. During the ride there answered any question we could’ve possibly had and told us a bunch of history about the island and cities we were passing through. At our drop off he told us the time he would pick us up for our return trip to the airport and was there early. COULDN’T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE.

5.00Donovan is easily the best most reliable way of transport in Montego Bay. We have been a few times and been with several different drivers but no one beats Donovan hands down. The service is to the highest standard, great conversation and very knowledgeable. Nothing was a problem. Prices were very fair. 5 stars and more. Thanks again!!

5.00I decided to book a trip to Jamaica last minute with my 8 year old son. Travelling solo with a child can be overwhelming and I was a little nervous as I have never travelled solo with him. With that being said, after waking up early, landing in Jamaica I did not want to take the bus to the resort. When I inquired about private transportation, I met Donovan. From the moment I met him, I felt confident with my decision to utilize his service to our resort. Donovan was welcoming, he was so friendly and interacted with my son. He took care of our bags, stopped at a store so we could get snacks for our room. He shared stories about his beautiful island and his family. Our experience with Donovan was nothing short of amazing. He is such a wonderful person that when I went back to Jamaica, I used him again. I have been to Jamaica twice this year. January 2026 and April of 2026 when I returned in April, he had our favourite drinks ready to go! - he even picked us up both ways to Reuter to the airport allowing for a stress free return home. I will be using Donovan again this year and recommending his service to all my family and friends. Donovan has provided me with exceptional service.
