5.00This was one of the best walking tours I’ve done. Oscar is an amazing guide, truly knowledgeable, having a genuine love for the city and its history. It didn’t feel like a conventional, commercial tourist tour at all, but rather like walking around the city with a very knowledgeable friend. The guide shared interesting stories, local insights, and recommendations in a very natural and engaging way. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a more authentic experience.

5.00I had 24 hours in Montevideo and wanted to find a way to learn about the city in my limited time. This is a great tour if you want a quick but still detailed way to learn about Montevideo and its history. The walking was also nice. Oscar was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, he’s just a good person with a good heart. I would definitely recommend him and the tour.

5.00Oscar my Cuban tour guide was especially knowlegeable of Montevideo and its history. We spoke in both English and Spanish. He has stories about Uruguay and his departure from Cuba and the authoritarian rule. I was impressed by his astute understanding of the culture.

4.00Oscar was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the tour was a great experience for me. The only slightly thing I disliked was a little pushiness on the tips, which is partly my fault since I didn't have physical cash before the tour.
