The iconic formations of Monument Valley have been featured in countless movies including John Wayne films, Back to the Future and Forrest Gump. This one day excursion gives guests the opportunity to discover magnificent Monument Valley up close and personal with a guided tour to spectacular views. Embark on a 1.5 hour off-road journey with a Native American guide via the scenic drive. You’ll also visit a historic Navajo trading post and have lunch overlooking Monument Valley.

5.00This was one of The best excursions I've ever been on! It is a long day! Dom our driver and tour guide was fantastic! He had so much knowledge of the areas we drove through! I appreciated his knowledge and insight of our Native American beliefs and customs! The scenery was spectacular. The stop at Forest Grump hill was so cool! The absolute best part was Monument Valley!! I don't have words for how breathtaking, spiritual, and awe inspiring it was! I will do this again the next time I'm in Sedona!!

5.00Monument Valley was absolutely amazing! Ray, our guide, really gave a great tour and was fantastic! Dom, our guide from Sedona and back, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Roads out and back from the actual tour are not for the faint hearted BUT great opportunity to see Mother Nature’s masterpiece

5.00Don was great he kept an upbeat, fun energy going for almost 14 hours! The vehicle was clean and quiet and very comfortable. The only thing I would have liked was to have a more authentic Navajo meal but maybe there aren’t any options for this. Larry our guide at the site was helpful in taking great photos and naming the monuments. Monument valley doesn’t label anything or have information on the monuments so you should read up a little bit yourself before you go.

5.00We started early with a pickup from Sedona by our first guide, Trenton. He was right on time, and really friendly! He checked us in quickly and we were on our way to pick up the last individual in Flagstaff. Along the way Trenton described the different micro climates we were seeing as we drove towards Monument valley. The van was comfortable, and air conditioned, which was great because it can get quite hot in August. We stopped off for a few minutes at a couple of sites as we made our way north, and enjoyed a very nice, casual, lunch as our final stop before we arrived at the valley. Trenton had waters, some candy (we ate so much), sunscreen, and even some Tylenol for my husband. It was really convenient, and we appreciated his preparedness. Once we arrived at the valley we met our Navajo guide, Larry, who took us in another van on our 90 minute tour to see all the different monuments. It was awe inspiring! We had such a great time taking pictures and experiencing the vastness of the valley. Pictures just can’t do it justice, you have to see it yourself to truly understand how nature has made such beautiful stone structures. Definitely recommend!

5.00This is was an amazing trip to monument valley. I was lost for words at the vastness and beauty of the whole valley. No photos can do it justice. A breathtaking experience I shall never forget. My tour guide JR was the perfect guide, he knew so much of the history and the geology of the trip towards the valley it was outstanding. Jr was very into the movie stuff which was right up my street, so I loved that. Going to the reservation was educational and so interesting as I didn’t know much of the history being from England. Would highly recommend this trip, it’s a once in a life time memory. Breathtaking beyond words.

5.00I booked Three Sister all day tour and the guide is Navajo and he explained how he grew up there. He sang songs and also he told me the history of the area. I was by myself and I felt safe and happy.
