In this itinerary you will discover part of Lucio Costa's urban design and several works by Oscar Niemeyer, one of the greatest architects of all time. You will also meet several other artists whose work is integrated into the architecture and urbanism of the city.
The circuit takes people to get to know the main sights of the city, reaching the Monumental Axis from its western part to Praça dos 3 Poderes.
Among other places, we visited the TV Tower, City Park, Dom Bosco Sanctuary, and the South Commercial Sector.
We pass by the Upper Platform of the Bus Station, National Theater, Cultural Complex of the Republic, Cathedral, Esplanada dos Ministérios, Itamaraty and arrive at Praça dos Três Poderes and Espaço Lucio Costa.
We walk on shared bike paths and sidewalks and we always cross at traffic lights or crosswalks.
By bike we cover circuits impossible for other vehicles and the perspective of the city is completely different.

I was only person who joined this tour, but Rogério gave me very good private tour without any additional fee. He explained me well about the history of construction of Brasilia before starting tour, so that I can understand how each site are meaningful. I strongly recommend this tour

Had such a fun experience with Camelo Bike Tour in Brasilia. I learned a ton about the city’s history and amazing architecture. João was an awesome guide, super knowledgeable and patient, and we went at our own rhythm without feeling rushed. I totally recommend it if you want a different way to explore the city. Just be ready for a bit of a workout, especially on the way back up!

Good tour with many interesting aspects about architecture and culture: very informative and entertaining. With the bikes just right to cover the great distances well.

It was the second time I participated in the bike tour with Camelo Bike Tour and, once again, the experience exceeded my expectations. Cycling around Brasília allowed me to appreciate even more the details of the city in a light, pleasant and unique way. I would like to highlight especially the guide who led me, Rui, a caring, communicative guy and with an extensive knowledge about the history and local curiosities, he turned my tour into a truly enriching moment. Without a doubt, it is an activity that I recommend to everyone and that I intend to repeat whenever possible. And, if you can, ask Rui to be the guide — I guarantee you won’t regret it!

Great guide Mauricio! This is the best way to visit Brasilia in depth in the most kids friendly way. This city is fascinating, like no other. And then it’s fun to ride a bike with your family

Very friendly operation; excellent, well-informed and relaxed guide with heaps of information both historical and contemporary about what makes Brasilia special. Monday and refurb closures meant we didn't see inside many of the buildings, but tour was excellent nonetheless. We ended a little later than programmed so keep some flexibility in your timing if you have other things planned.

Great way to explore the City, probably the best because of the way it’s designed. Our guide Mauricio was fantastic with lots of information about the city, the architecture and history. Amazing day!

Excellent from start to finish. Friendly and helpful customer service from João, who contacted me the day before to confirm how I would reach the starting point. Amazing guide, Mauricio, who explained so well the history, architecture, art, culture, churches, federal government structure, and current & evolving life of the Brasilia. He kept us moving and looked out for our safety. Best way to spend 3 hours on a beautiful day! .

I was fortunate to book the Monumental Axis bike tour with Camelo Bike tours. Riding the bike allowed me to get the best of both worlds: enjoying the perspectives and hidden treasures of a walking tour while also seeing many sights in a short span of time, which you normally only get when taking a car. Plus, you also get some exercise in 😉 What made the tour even better was my guide Larissa Castanon, who shared the right amount of history, anecdotes, and tips, including leading me to the best pastels. The bike tour was the highlight of my trip to Brasilia and I’m looking forward to coming back for more. Thanks, Camelo!
