Our catamaran tour starts at the Flamingo Marina where our professional, friendly and experienced crew welcome you aboard. Breath in the refreshing Pacific Ocean breeze while being served refreshing drinks by our attentive crew. You will be sailing along the golden coast of Costa Rica where you have the opportunity to see the vast marine life the area has to offer (dolphins, whales, Manta Rays and more).
The captain will take you to a crystal water point where you can play in the water, snorkel with a guide or individually to explore the reef, kayak or relax onboard the boat. After, we will restore your energy with a delicious tropical midday meal (gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options are available).

What To Expect
Indulge in an awaking catamaran cruise along the scenic Guanacaste coast with opportunities to swim, snorkel, and kayak. This is the ideal time to enjoy sea life at its most active. You cannot miss the chance to enjoy a Costa Rican catamaran. Get picked up from your accommodations or head to Flamingo Beach to meet your skilled captain and climb aboard a luxury catamaran. From here, cruise north along the coast dotted with idyllic homes, tropical forest, and secret surf destinations. Before long, arrive at a secluded bay—the optimal setting for some watersports during your catamaran sailing tour. Don a mask and flippers and plunge beneath the whitecaps to uncover a coral reef teeming with colorful fish or grab a paddle and slide into a sleek kayak or standup paddleboard.

5.00Wonderful 4 hour morning with kids and grandchildren! Great friendly staff. Incredible fresh and healthy lunch and a variety of beverage choices. Lots of shade if needed. Unfortunately with the number of boats anchored in the snorkel area there were very few fish to see, so if this is why you are taking this trip you may want to find a trip just for snorkelling however the swimming and water toys were great! Definitely suggest the morning trip for young families.

5.00This was one on the highlights of our vacation! The captain and crew were the best! We had a group of about 22 that sailed with our scheduled time (our group of 8 was included in that number). They provided transportation for us from Tamarindo and communication was very good. We were a group of 8 adults and everyone had a great time. Lunch was tasty and we enjoyed the time sailing snorkeling and paddle-boarding. We even saw dolphins and a ray that jumped right in front of the boat- super cool to see! We all said we could’ve spent the entire day- great excursion and group!!

5.00This was a fantastic trip for us! We reserved the morning tour with Lazy Lizard and lucked out with no other group booked in with us. We had Captain Josue with crew Anderson and Dennis and they were all so amazing! We got picked up at our Airbnb and the crew took our group of 4 adults and 7 kids (ages 18 months to 14 years) on a small boat to the catamaran in the harbor. They served up endless drinks (including Shirley temples for the kids) on our boat ride out to a quiet cove where we swam, kayaked and paddle boarded to the beach for about an hour. Then they served up a great lunch which included something for everyone (vegetarian burritos, pasta salad, garden salad, fruit, chips and pico, and cookies). Water visibility was not great for snorkeling due to it being the rainy season but we saw some fish, crabs, sea turtles, and dolphins. Overall I would highly recommend this reservation if you are looking for an adventure near Playa Flamingo. If you are prone to sea sickness premedication is a must!

5.00We had the chance to do the morning outing which was practically a private tour. We've seen whales and turtles up close. The crew is very friendly!!! Music, drinks, delicious meals, everything was perfect! The owners are too kind Canadians! Thank you for this wonderful morning!
