Konjic Bridge
Morning ride will take us through interesting suburbs of Sarajevo and areas of central Bosnia until we pass Ivan mountain and enter Herzegovina region. As soon as in Herzegovina, we’ll start descending, as region of Herzegovina is generally on lower altitudes and is totally different climate, so you’ll notice dramatic natural environment change. First stop of the day is short visit to old part of Konjic town. Unique, prehistorically inhabited, famous for 17th century 6-arch Old Bridge, looming over turquoise Neretva river, usually very sunny place, is day’s perfect start. Standing at WW2’s last day, during the Nazi withdrawal, destroyed bridge, we learn the story of the “monument to human stupidity”, mystery of Tito’s Bunker, famousness of white water rafting at upper Neretva region and glacier Boracko Lake, and few other stories before we continue our way.

Stefan (our guide) and Ermie (our driver) were fantastic! Stefan was really sincere, funny, and knowledgeable. He told us about the history of the country and even small fun facts like how the symbols and colours of the Bosnia & Herzegovina flag came about. The both of them really took care of us for the entire day, and we couldn't have asked for a better duo. They arrived on time for the pick-up as well!

We booked this tour to explore the surroundings of Sarajevo. Our guide Robert, who was really very experienced and cordial, took us to places you would never have discovered as a normal tourist. Highlights of this tour were the waterfalls and the old bridge in mostar. He also took us to a traditional fish restaurant where the food was excellent. Our driver Cello was funny and a reliable driver. We would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see many highlights within a day.

We did this tour with Funky tours in February, didn’t know what to expect, however it turned out to be the highlight of our trip in Bosnia. The scenery was beautiful. Our tour guide Robert was very knowledgeable, he gave us a thorough overview of Bosnian history. He was also a very good photographer, who took pictures with so much patience. Our driver was also very good and patient. Cannot recommend this tour enough. We were picked up & dropped back to our hotel as a goodwill gesture even though our hotel was outside of Sarajevo.

A long, but informative 11-hour day. Covering more than 300 km with multiple stops. Our guide, Adnan, was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. We booked a group tour but there were only the two of us. We had plenty of time at the sites, some of which involved walking on uneven surfaces so it was nice not to feel rushed. Tip: bring water and a snack, lunch isn't until 2pm.

The tour was even better than I expected. Our guide, Ferris, was knowledgeable and passionate, and told us not only about the places we visited, but also about the history and the society of the country. Every stop was worth the visit, and even more beautiful than I anticipated, but we have also been lucky with the weather, even if it was the beginning of November. The tour was practically "private", since even if it was just the two of us it was not cancelled. We had lunch in a good restaurant by the Dervish monastery; the local fish was very good. I highly recommend taking this tour, since it's the best way to see many places it would be hard to get to without a private car.

Despite the weather not being on our side, this tour and especially Kravica Waterfalls turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. Our tour guide, Robert, was outstanding — incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the history and culture of the the country. He brought every stop to life with fascinating stories and insights, making the journey both educational and entertaining. Our driver was amazing too and handled the winding roads with skill and patience, ensuring we were comfortable and safe throughout the day. From historical towns and scenic viewpoints to the natural beauty of Kravica Falls and Mostar, this tour had it all. Even with the rain (at our last stop) we laughed, learned, and loved every moment. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to discover the true beauty and history of Bosnia and Herzegovina!

This tour was excellent. I had Muhidin as my driver and even though he didn’t speak english you could tell he had a great sense of humor. My guide was Robert and he was super cool as well, super laid back and had lots of information regarding Bosnia and the Balkans in general. The places were all beautiful and even though it started to rain hard by the time we were at the dervish house, the tour was still one of the best 🙏🏽

We had Dina as our guide and we were the only two on this particular tour. Dina was awesome. She was kind and patient with us. She kept the schedule flexible since we were the only two. She was friendly and professional. She treated us like a friends instead of her clients. She provided us with in depth information about her country, which made it interesting. The tour was long but the sites were beautiful. I highly recommend asking for Dina if you decided to take this tour.
