Konjic Bridge

Morning ride will take us through interesting suburbs of Sarajevo and areas of central Bosnia until we pass Ivan mountain and enter Herzegovina region. As soon as in Herzegovina, we’ll start descending, as region of Herzegovina is generally on lower altitudes and is totally different climate, so you’ll notice dramatic natural environment change. First stop of the day is short visit to old part of Konjic town. Unique, prehistorically inhabited, famous for 17th century 6-arch Old Bridge, looming over turquoise Neretva river, usually very sunny place, is day’s perfect start. Standing at WW2’s last day, during the Nazi withdrawal, destroyed bridge, we learn the story of the “monument to human stupidity”, mystery of Tito’s Bunker, famousness of white water rafting at upper Neretva region and glacier Boracko Lake, and few other stories before we continue our way.

  • Great way to explore Herzegovina

The tour was even better than I expected. Our guide, Ferris, was knowledgeable and passionate, and told us not only about the places we visited, but also about the history and the society of the country. Every stop was worth the visit, and even more beautiful than I anticipated, but we have also been lucky with the weather, even if it was the beginning of November. The tour was practically "private", since even if it was just the two of us it was not cancelled. We had lunch in a good restaurant by the Dervish monastery; the local fish was very good. I highly recommend taking this tour, since it's the best way to see many places it would be hard to get to without a private car.

Despite the weather not being on our side, this tour and especially Kravica Waterfalls turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. Our tour guide, Robert, was outstanding — incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the history and culture of the the country. He brought every stop to life with fascinating stories and insights, making the journey both educational and entertaining. Our driver was amazing too and handled the winding roads with skill and patience, ensuring we were comfortable and safe throughout the day. From historical towns and scenic viewpoints to the natural beauty of Kravica Falls and Mostar, this tour had it all. Even with the rain (at our last stop) we laughed, learned, and loved every moment. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to discover the true beauty and history of Bosnia and Herzegovina!

This tour was excellent. I had Muhidin as my driver and even though he didn’t speak english you could tell he had a great sense of humor. My guide was Robert and he was super cool as well, super laid back and had lots of information regarding Bosnia and the Balkans in general. The places were all beautiful and even though it started to rain hard by the time we were at the dervish house, the tour was still one of the best 🙏🏽

We had Dina as our guide and we were the only two on this particular tour. Dina was awesome. She was kind and patient with us. She kept the schedule flexible since we were the only two. She was friendly and professional. She treated us like a friends instead of her clients. She provided us with in depth information about her country, which made it interesting. The tour was long but the sites were beautiful. I highly recommend asking for Dina if you decided to take this tour.

If you have limited time and want to explore Herzegovina, then this is the tour to do. Our guide, Hamza, was amazing and with funky tours you do not have to worry about entrance fees extras. The journey on road shows the difference in scenery as the climate adjusts. Konjic was better than I expected it to be, and o had heard a lot about the Jablanica museum, although we didn’t have time to visit inside, we got to see some of the historical features it exhibited from outdoors. Other cities of Mostar, Pocitelj, and Blagaj were all mesmerising in their own way. The kravice waterfalls were beautiful. We really enjoyed the day.

  • Small group tour in a relaxing pace!

This was the most relaxed group tour I have ever experienced in my trips to Europe as a solo traveler! I joined a group of 5 people in a comfortable van. We went to all the sites in the itinerary and there was no stop in unneccessary stores! I also liked that the schedule was arranged to avoid the time that most tourist go to the sites of the itinerary. The tour guide Adis is very engaging and passionate in history and trivia of the places. He made me feel not in a hurry while walking. He suggested delicious places to eat traditional Bosnian food and gave us free time to roam around. Personally, I appreciate that we were in Mostar in less than 2 hours because of the hot weather compared to the cool weather of Sarajevo. If you want to stay longer in Mostar, I suggest you stay there overnight. However, if you want to see less tourists and have a relaxed paced tour in visiting a lot of places, then this is the tour for you! I totally enjoyed this trip!

Despite the traces of the war, I found it a very nice city with its bazaar, the Jewish, Turkish, Austro-Hungarian neighborhood with a central pedestrian street with fashion shops all religions together. We stayed at a hotel that we found terrible from a well-known chain. We pay by card without any problems

We really enjoyed this tour! Our driver and guide, Adnar, was excellent – very knowledgeable and engaging when explaining the history and culture of Herzegovina. One of the highlights was that we were in a small group, which made the experience more personal and meant we didn’t have to wait for anyone running late. It was also a big plus that the entrance tickets for Blagaj and the waterfalls were already included in the price and arranged in advance, so we didn’t have to waste time standing in line. The itinerary is well planned, and the stops along the way are beautiful and diverse. The only thing to keep in mind is that the driving time is included in the schedule, so while it looks like you’ll have two hours in Mostar, the actual time there is a bit shorter. Overall, it was a wonderful day trip and a great way to discover Herzegovina. Highly recommend!
