With us you can explore the Costa Blanca on a mountain bike, away from mass tourism.

Beautiful mountain bike tour with some single trails in a fantastic landscape.

The tour includes some nice single trails up to category S2, sometimes flowing and sometimes a bit rougher.

The route takes us through a fantastic landscape. Mountains, dry riverbeds, pine trees and numerous citrus plantations as far as the eye can see are our constant companions on this route. We cross gorges full of bends, which lie between steeply sloping hillsides.

Around noon, we take a break in a typical Spanish bar in the hinterland. Time for a cool drink and some tapas.

A good level of fitness and bike control is required for the tour. Tour duration: approx. 5 hours incl. breaks, distance: 55 km, altitude difference: approx. 850 hm

Drinking and photo breaks can be arranged individually.

Tour Font de la Mata. Hired two bikes, one of which was an e-bike. Michael had them all set up and ready to go. Bikes perfect for the terrain and obviously well maintained. Great dusty trails, swooping single tracks, punchy climbs and technical descents.The route took us through, olive and orange groves, vineyards, mountain villages and dry river beds. A fantastic way to explore this beautiful area of Spain. Michael was a super guide, judging ability, pace and the cracking coffee stop to perfection. Highly recommended.

I’m a regular visitor to Javea and a keen mountain biker. I’ve hired bikes and done tours with Michael a number of times. The bikes are immaculately maintained and Michael’s knowledge of the trails first class. Have done some amazing riding and Michael is a great guy to hang out with! Highly recommended.

I booked a great mountain bike tour with Michael and loved it. I met up to get my full suspension bike which was adjusted to my height and specifications by Michael. The bike was very clean, looked very new and was tuned perfectly. I was the only customer that day so Michael and I headed out and he took me to some amazing single track trails. There were some steep climbs but that of course meant we had some awesome downhill trails. We stopped for a quick coffee and water refill at a local cafe and then off again for some more trails. Michael knows these trails like the back of his hand. Overall it was a great experience and I was very happy I booked the trip as I definitely needed to get some MTB time in while I was visiting Spain and the beautiful Costa Blanca region. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in mountain biking. They can adjust the ride to whatever level you need. Thanks again Michael!

I thought I would write a review from a mother's point of view because my son had this wonderful experience with MTB Tours Costa Blanca. As a mother, safety and reliability are my top priority and I can 120% recommend Michael and his team from that point of view. He was very communicative, sent all the information in a timely manner and was always available for questions. On the day of the trip he arrived on time, gave all the tips on how to get my son home and the next day we also received a lot of high quality pictures and a video. In summary, he is someone you can rely on. Thank you for the lovely day, it was great for my son.

We had a great trip with Michael. Being beginner MTB cyclists, but experienced road cyclists, we were not sure what tour to do. Michael guided us through a +-45km ride across road&off road through the area, gradually giving us a flavour of true off-roading. Can only recommend going on a tour!

Today I went on an incredible MTB tour in Costa Blanca with a group of 7 colleagues from both the Netherlands and the UK. Our tour guide, Michael, was exceptionally professional, and the equipment provided was top-notch. The tour took us through breathtakingly beautiful areas, making it a must-do experience for anyone interested in mountain biking. I highly recommend it to everyone!
