What To Expect

Firstable, please fill the form on our website after clicking "BOOK TRIP" or call as for booking. After you book with us, please note that OUR STAFF WILL BE LOCATED OUTSIDE THE MAIN BUILDING OF EACH TERMINAL or the resort lobby. Look for the Mr. & Mrs. Punta Cana representative wearing our signature pastel shirts. They will be holding a sign with your name and our pineapple logo. We will then take you to your destination in the best possible way.

They did an excellent job with communication before the trip arranging a ride for a family of 8. They are on time holding a sign and we were led to the van where water and beer were waiting. A pick up time was given in advance and we were taken back to the airport. Vehicle was nice and clean and drivers great! I'm a travel agent so I will be using them for all of my clients going forward! Payment was easily done online in advance and best yet, they offer great pricing! ☺️

Excellent service would highly recommend using this company for your transfer from Punta Cana airport to your hotel. I booked online which was very easy to do. A form is emailed to you to fill in flight details etc. any issues just email them and they get back to you swiftly. Angel was very helpful and a joy to deal with Arrived at the airport froom a 8 hour flight from UK once through customs and collecting our cases we exited the airport and our driver was there waiting with the wooden pineapple Mr and Mrs Punta Cana sign. He was very cheery and helpful , he took our cases and wheeled them to the mini van and gave us a much needed cold drink. you could choose from water beer or cola. this is included in the cost. on departure from our hotel the driver arrived early and again the journry was without incident Dont look anywhere else try M and Mrs Punta Can we have travelled to DR on numerous occassions and this is the BEST transfer company we have used and will be recommenind them to everyine we know. Give them a try you will not be dissapointed

This company is the best in Punta Cana for reliable, friendly, top-notch service to and from the airport. We will only use Mr&Mrs Punta Cana! Their pristine SUV’s are the most comfortable way to travel. Even when we were a bit delayed in customs, they were waiting and ready for us! We highly recommend them for any of your transportation needs when you are in Punta Cana! Just look for the adorable pineapple logo and ask for Mr&Mrs Punta Cana!!

Over the past 20 years I used number of companies & I have to say that Mr & Mrs Punta Cana is a standout! I used Mr and Mrs Punta Cana for my recent trip to the DR. I had heard of the company through a friend and thought I would give them a try. I really liked that their logo and name stood out from the rest so it made it easy to find upon leaving the airport. The driver was punctual, the vehicle was new, clean and comfortable. The entire process was smooth and I felt safe as a solo traveler and well taken care of. I highly recommend using them and will do so the next time I travel to the DR.

It was amazing experience! Very kind and hospitable staff offered us fresh drinks when we arrived. Comfortable, new vehicle, van, with air conditioner is very beautiful - the whole minibus is gentle-blue color. Also it was really safely - there are seat belts on each sits, and the driver drove carefully. I highly recommend this transfer company!
