The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions or other reasons.

Depending on road conditions, the tour will be guided to Mt. Fuji 4th Station or 5th Station. If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed, the tour will visit Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park or Fujisan World Heritage Center. [Important Notes: Mt. Fuji Visitable Location & Timing Estimate] The best time to visit to reach the 5th Station is typically from late April to around November, but in winter (December to early April), it cannot be reached on most days due to reasons such as snowfall and road surface freezing.

Due to weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base. However, the tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be given for this reason.

If the Lake Ashi cruise or Komagatake Ropeway cannot be boarded (when not visitable due to suspension of operation, road congestion, or conditions at other sightseeing areas), the tour will be guided to one of the following alternative destinations. (The tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued for this reason.) Appare Sightseeing Boat on Lake Kawaguchi, Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Hakone Pirate Ship, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Hakone Ropeway, Hakone Jukkokutoge Panoramic Cable Car, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, Fujiyama Museum, Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone-en Aquarium, Ninja Bus, Oshino Shinobi no Sato, Hakone Checkpoint, Odawara Castle, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, Higashiguchi Hongu Sengen Shrine, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Shrine, Hakone Sekisho Tabimonogatarikan (Shop), etc.

Depending on the season and day of the week, traffic conditions may vary, and arrival time at each location may be considerably delayed.

Customers who are late for the departure time will have their reservations canceled. Please give yourself plenty of time.

Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats or lunch. If bus seats or lunch is required, please make a booking under the child rate.

[For with Lunch option] When booking, please indicate the number of customers requesting Vegetarian meals, Muslim-friendly meals, or Indian Thali meals.

Vegetarian meals: Japanese style vegetarian dishes.

Muslim-friendly Meals: Menu that does not use pork or alcohol will be provided. Please note that these are not halal certified.

Indian Thali Meals: Vegetarian menu that does not use meat and fish will be served.

Allergy-friendly meals, gluten-free meals, etc. are not available. Customers with allergies and those that would like gluten-free meals should reserve the tour without lunch included.

[For No Lunch option] Meals are not included. Please prepare lunch in advance on your own. There are no cafes, restaurants, or other places to have lunch near the lunch break area. Preparing this prior to departure is recommended.

During the lunch break, there will be a Wadaiko "Japanese drum" performance, one of Japan's traditional arts performed by the Social Welfare Corporation Fugakukai. Please note that the tour may not be able to view the performance in case arrival is considerably delayed due to road conditions, or the tour is unable to reach the intended meal venue. Furthermore, depending on the circumstances of the facility, the performance may be canceled without prior notice. It has been attracting attention both domestically and internationally as a support for social independence training and artistic activities. By sending customers, Sunrise Tours can create performance opportunities and support their activities.

We offer GPS-enabled audio guides in Chinese, Spanish, Italian, Thai, and French for use in our dedicated tour vehicles. To request one, specify your preferred language in the "Special requirement" field when booking (e.g., "Spanish audio guide request"). Note that same-day requests cannot be accommodated. Please be aware that audio guides are limited in number and may not be available for every participant. No refunds will be given if the audio guide is unusable due to weak signals, device issues, Wi-Fi problems, or other technical difficulties. The guides may not function if there are changes to the tour itinerary.

Depending on the number of tour participants, transportation to be used may be other than a large bus (mid-size bus, small bus, hired car, etc.).

As there are locations to be visited on this tour such as Mt. Fuji 5th Station, etc. with lower temperatures compared to Tokyo, bringing warm clothing is recommended. (Reference: Even in the daytime, temperatures may drop to 14℃ in summer and -5℃ in winter.)

On the day when the annual Mt. Fuji Hill Climb is held, which is usually on a weekend in June (schedule for 2025 onwards TBD), the Fuji Subaru Line is closed until around 14:00. The tour will proceed on this day as well. Please note that there will be changes to the itinerary order and sightseeing locations, and the Komagatake Ropeway and Lake Ashi cruise may be changed to alternative itineraries. Furthermore, please note that refunds will not be issued in this case, and customers will not be notified separately when the schedule has been determined.

Parental permission in writing is necessary for all tour participants under the age of eighteen. Any participant under the age of fifteen or not yet enrolled in middle school must be joined by a parent or guardian on the tour.

This is a carbon offset product where a portion of the tour booking charge is spent on renewable energy. By converting CO2 emissions during the tour to green energy, it's possible to contribute to activities protecting the planet's future.

Regarding luggage storage, You can leave luggage that is of a size that fits into the trunk room of the tour bus. Please be sure to bring your own valuables.

[Important Notice: Komagatake Ropeway Closure] Komagatake Ropeway will be closed for maintenance from January 14 to March 4, 2025. During this period, tours will visit an alternative site

Mt Fuji is a magical place, however, the time given at the 5th station on Mt.Fuji is not enough, didn't give us time to explore around and breath the nature. The Cable car at Hakone, is a waste of money and time! Also, Lunch: quality is very poor, the drum performance is too short. On the good side: We had a great tour guide, thank you Mr. Shin for making this day special, we can tell how much you love your job and your country!! ;-)

Going to Mt Fuji during Cherry Blossom season is highly recommended. Hiro was very kind and made sure everyone understood how to take their trains after the tour. And I loved the drummers! Fantastic show!

Pretty awful, only because of the guide ( TK ). Very unpleasant demeanor, didn’t engage at all. Kept reading out from his notes in monotones sometimes and very rude .

Drove in a bus for two hours and then just as we arrived tour operator said the road is closed from snow. Obviously they knew before we left Tokyo. Wasted day, and money.

The weather was cold and snowy when we went and we did not see views of Mt Fuji. Not the company’s fault and we had fun anyway! Not everyone can say they were in a sleet storm on Mt Fuji! Our guide was good and planned well to get us up to station 4 before it closed.
