Cory did a great job making sure we saw all the highlights and everyone individually got what they wanted out of the day. He is also a very good photographer.

I was hesitant to book this since it was winter (Feb), and most of the reviews seemed to be from trips taken in spring/summer. However, I’m so glad I did! It was the highlight of my trip to Seattle. I did receive notice (two days before) that the excursion might be cancelled because I was the only one who’d booked, but the day before I was notified that there was a last minute booking. I was told there needed to be a minimum of 6 people for it to happen, but it ended up being only 4 of us. I was very grateful that they decided to go ahead and do it even with so few of us. Having booked in winter, there was a chance that we wouldn’t be able to complete the full tour, due to weather conditions, but thankfully it was a gorgeous day and we were able to make it up to paradise falls. It really was a winter wonderland! The tour guide, Corey, was great! He was clearly very knowledgeable and had lots of interesting info to share all throughout the trip. I appreciated that he also gave us time to explore on our own. Overall, the experience was great, and I will definitely book this exact tour again during the spring. Definitely recommend.

My son and I had the best experience! Joel was such a great tour guide and was definitely dedicated to making our experience comfortable and packed with adventure. Having a 11-year-old with I’m always concerned about bathrooms or places to get food or water and all of that was considered. The schedule was set for food breaks and bathroom breaks along with enough time to do everything we had our hearts set on. From a comfortable ride up into the mountains, to seeing snow and breathtaking views, and having enough time to play in the snow and snowshoe, to even see elk! This tour exceeded my expectations. And my favorite part was a quick hike in the huge trees. My son felt like he was in a different world. I highly recommend this tour and tour guide! PS don’t forget your gloves so you can throw some snowballs.

I had a great experience on this tour. Mark was a friendly and professional tour guide who ensured that we were able to see the awesome sights of Mt. Rainier. I had never tried snowshoeing before and loved having a chance to try it on this tour. I’d definitely recommend this tour.

This tour is a must do if you are ever in the Seattle area! It was raining and cloudy but we still got some amazing views thanks to our tour guide Cory with Customized Tours! He totally made up for the bad weather. Having a tour guide who was very familiar with this area was very helpful. He knew the best stops for photos and was a delight! We covered a lot on our day trip which made this a must do tour!

Everything about the tour was great. Our driver Cory was very knowledgeable and friendly. He shared just the right amount of information about our destination and sights along the way. Of course, some areas were closed because of snow, but he had plenty of options to fill up the day. The visitors ranged in age from 70 to 12 and everyone was able to participate as much as they felt comfortable. It was a very good day.

We had a great time on the day trip to mt rainier. Joe was a fantastic guide. There was a big snow storm a couple days before our trip which resulted in us not getting to Paradise. Joe made sure to stop at other spots to make sure we still got a great experience at the park. Definitely recommend packing an extra pair of socks though if the weather has been snowy or rainy!
