Experience Lucerne’s home mountain peak with your guide and local expert who will tell you everything about Lucerne, its culture, its heritage and its people.
Go on adventure to Mt Rigi, also known as the “Queen of the Mountains”, and savor its 360-degree views of the surrounding Alps. This is the mountain peak where Alpine tourism began over 200 years ago, and before that, in the Middle Ages it was considered as the Center of the World.
Enjoy impressive 360-degree views over the Alps stretching way out into the distance. On a clear day you can even see as far as France to the West and the Black Forest in Germany to the North.
Reaching Rigi-Kaltbad, warm yourself up by spending time in the mineral spring baths -an indoor/outdoor pool of spring water heated to 35C/95F. This very modern facility continues a 600-year old tradition of health seekers from far and wide coming to the healing waters to be healed of their ailments.

We had a wonderful day with Andreas on our tour of Mt. Rigi. The tour included rides on a train, a boat, a cog wheel train and a gondola. Although the weather did not cooperate to allow for beautiful views, we still had a fun time. The scenery was pretty and Andreas was accommodating and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He is a Lucerne native and knows the area exceptionally well. You will not go wrong with this tour or with Andreas.

We had a very nice day with Michalis as our tour guide for the day. I think he was hired by my-mountains as a third party. As such, the experience was great - he was very prompt in timing everything out so that our day was executed very efficiently. Michalis was very knowledgable about the region and provided interesting insights as we spent the day together. The tour itself was good in that we obtained some breathtaking views. The spa was a fun experience as well. One area that would have been better would have been to allot some time for lunch during the tour. We had to skip out on the spa a bit early to go get some food, and there weren't many options available. The other area to pay attention to is that the transparency of what you're paying for via my-mountains is not very clear. The description says that all transportation is covered in the fee, but we ended up paying for our own Swiss Travel Pass nonetheless - I don't know if I double paid for that since there is no detail provided that breaks out all of the costs. My recommendation would be to find Michalis as a tour guide separately and book directly with him.

Thomas was a great guide. He took the time needed with us, and was very thorough in his descriptions of the sights. There was a mixup in the tour content, which caused some early issues, but Thomas helped to alleviate/correct them very well.

Thank you so much for the great service, the choice of hiking trail with the stunning landscape views. The best part was definitely chilling at the spa 🎉😃

Ezra was such a joy to be around and made my day beyond special and memorable. Can not say enough kind words about him and the tour. For my very limited time in Lucerne he made sure I had the most incredible day ever. I feel so so lucky and Ezra was amazing!!! Highly highly recommend.

We did a company team building event yesterday and I had a great time. Andrea and his team made everything run very smoothly. They even managed to keep up busy while we were waiting for the rain to stop.Overall, I had a great experience and learned many things about the region.
