Mtskheta
Your guide will meet you at your hotel or chosen pickup address in Tbilisi and we’ll begin our journey to Mtskheta, the ancient capital of Georgia — located just 40 minutes from Tbilisi. Mtskheta is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in Georgia, with a history of more than 2,600 years. As the former capital of the early Kingdom of Iberia, it holds immense historical and spiritual importance for the Georgian people. Upon arrival, we’ll park near the entrance to the city and take a pleasant walk through the charming old streets of Mtskheta. Along the way, you’ll see cozy souvenir shops, traditional snack stands, and local wine-tasting spots, giving you a taste of authentic Georgian culture. The highlight of our visit will be the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral — one of the most sacred places in Georgia. According to tradition, it is the resting place of the robe of Christ, making it a deeply spiritual and unforgettable stop on our tour.
Old Town Tbilisi
We’ll continue in the heart of the Old Town, where we’ll park the car and explore the city on foot. During this walking tour, you will visit the following iconic sites: • Tbilisi Sulphur Baths • Bridge of Love • Leghvtakhevi Waterfall • Meidan Bazaar Tunnel • King Gorgasali Monument • Old Tbilisi Cable car • Mother of Georgia Statue • Rike Park • Bridge of Peace • Anchiskhati Basilica (the oldest church in Tbilisi) • Rezo Gabriadze Clock Tower • Shardeni Street

Two wonderful places to visit and see. Our guide Badir ( Bubu ) showed us what true Georgian hospitality was and was extremely knowledgeable and even went out of his way to accomodate our plans. Highly recommended.

Our experience with the tour guide was disappointing. While we appreciated the opportunity to see the sites, there were several areas where the tour fell short of our expectations. We found the guide's attention to be frequently diverted by personal phone calls and texting while driving, which raised safety concerns, particularly in heavy traffic. We also felt the historical information provided was somewhat superficial. We often had to prompt for more detailed explanations, which were not always forthcoming. In comparison to other tours we've taken, the depth of historical knowledge and passion for the subject were noticeably lacking. Furthermore, there was an uncomfortable exchange regarding our nation's history. Despite our attempts to clarify the inaccuracies, the guide remained insistent, creating an awkward and unprofessional atmosphere. Overall, we would hesitate to recommend this tour. We believe that a more attentive, knowledgeable, and professional guide would significantly enhance the experience.

Fun and informational tour. Gogi has a passion for his country and clearly knows his stuff. Moreover, he was flexible with our time allowing for shopping, roaming, and deviations from the script. Recommend.

We had a very nice experience and this all wouldn’t be possible without our tour guide Gogi. He’s friendly and nice, even though the tour is supposed to be only for 6hrs but he accompanied us for like 8hrs which we really appreciate. We’ll definitely be back here! Tbilisi is such underrated place.
