Fabulous trip hosted by Khalid who was extremely responsive before the tour, offered several methods of payment, provided super interesting stories throughout the entire tour and treated us to a lovely brunch at the end of the walk. Highly recommend this and I would probably do this again when I come back to visitm

We had a very enjoyable time with Khaled on his tour of the pearl divers path. We learned about the life and times of the pearl divers and how things changed with the discovery of oil as we wended our way through the streets and alleys. To top it off we had a great brunch of Bahraini food.

Khaled is a very knowledgable guide. He answered all of our questions and taught us a lot about Muharraq and Bahrain in general. Also the breakfast at the end was excellent. The tour length was a good amount of time and avoided unnecessary tourist traps. Would definitely recommend.

Well-preserved place where it is very easy to walk with icing on the cake from December 1st to December 31st included the opportunity to participate in Muharraq nights and the opportunity to visit traditional houses that are not open to the public outside this event. You have to go all the way to get to the final fort. A place full of nostalgia that Bahrain strives to preserve.

Muharraq pearling path is a great tour. Very interesting, lot of information and insights on how the oyster divers operated, how the pearl business flourished and the houses looked like. Super nice neighborhood specially during the Muharraq festival in December. Discover the other part of Manama. Khaled was a super great guide.

This is an excellent walking tour through the rich history of Bahrains pearl diving. Our guide, Khaled, is a good storyteller and created a narrative that blended history with tales of life of Bahrain.

This was one of the most serene, fun, relaxing-yet-active walking tours I've had the pleasure of enjoying. Khaled is a wonderful guide - friendly, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable on the history of Bahrain in general, and its mesmeric pearling traditions and legacy in particular. The tour blends the exploration of winding alleys, cultural houses steeped in history and stunning architectural flourishes, and both wonderful viewing points and the cutest coffee shops imaginable. I couldn't recommend this tour highly enough - an absolute bucket list experience when visiting Bahrain.
