  To make it to an important meeting on the mainland, I booked a taxi to the airport at 5 AM one week in advance. I gave Ray, the owner of Taxi Fajardo, the exact address and a pin drop on Google Maps. Since it was essential that I made that flight, I checked in with Ray the day before. All was supposedly well. However, as it turned out, while I was waiting to be picked up, the driver had been given the wrong address and was 45 minutes away at the time I was supposed to be picked up. This caused significant stress and concern. Ray did not reach out to apologize and only after I reached out myself issued a half-hearted "sorry about that." My own proactive booking well in advance was the only reason I didn't miss my flight. When I was finally picked up, the car and ride were perfect, but a company that makes such major mistakes and doesn't take proper accountability cannot be recommended.

  I highly recommend! I received a text message prior to trip to confirm trip was still on. Also, wanted to know how many people and an estimate on the number of luggage we were bringing. Once we arrive at the airport, receive a text stating that he see our plane had landed. He sent the driver name and phone number, photo of the vehicle and the license plate. The trip from airport to the Celebrity Summit was seamless!! Thank you Whilson for getting us from the airport to the pier safely!!

  Rommy is excellent, polite and good guide ! We took a ride from The airport to the hotel and then the hotel to the peer! Everything was perfect!!

  Our driver was knowledgible, friendly and a careful driver. He answered many questions about tha areas of PR that we traveled through on the way to our destination. We recommend Henri highly and appreciate his warm welcome to us on entering Puerto Rico.:)
