Transfer from Hotels/ Resorts/ any spot: Our drivers will meet you at the lobby and take you directly to next destination either airport or your specified location.

5.00I had a couple of questions before we arrived at the airport that well very clearly answered prior to arrival. No concerns or further communication needed, we walked out of arrivals (at 4am in the morning) and our name was one of the first on a board. Our driver was warm and friendly, welcoming to the children and took us straight to the hotel with no delays - he even pointed out some of the tourist spots along the way. Highly recommended and will definitely be using them again.

5.00Great service! First time in Oman and Sweilem made it easy! Even though my flight was delayed an hour, Sweilem was there to meet me at the arrival terminal just after clearing customs. He was holding a sign and a big smile to greet me. He was professional, courteous and informative. He helped me with my luggage and the drive from the airport to my hotel was an enjoyable trip. Thank you so much, Sweilem! Oh, and good communications with the company owner before I arrived. Thank you.

5.00First time visitor to Oman and a big thank you to my driver, Sweilem. Sweilem met me in the arrivals hall just after Customs with a sign. He took my luggage and walked me out to his car. He was professional, friendly and informative as he drove me to my hotel. He made the entire process easy. Thank you, Sweilem! OH, and one more thing... my flight was delayed more than hour but he was there patiently waiting for me. Good communications with the company before I arrived. Shokran!

1.00Not even 1 star ! I arrived solo and no one waiting for me so contacted the tour operator and got no reply then attempted to find a resolution with Viator and after an hour I had to beg another driver to take me to my destination. I am unclear if I will get a refund from Viator at the time of this review. Needless to say I won’t be using this option again!

5.00Near the departure gate for the return to Sharjah, one child of my family member noticed a buggy with "Primeclass" written on it and asked to ride in it. I asked the girl, whose name was Fatima Al Zahra, for permission to let her have a quick ride before boarding the plane. She agreed and started talking to the child, teaching her how to steer the buggy left and right. I want to thank Ms. Fatima for her lovely and unexpected gesture.
