We arrived at the museum and despite buying and paying for the ticket the “download your ticket” button wasn’t working - then we got a pdf that was just text. Museum stuff said this happens all the time, that they sell tickets that don’t exist (the museum was sold out that day) - then they felt bad for us and sold us two tickets. While inside we got a text with the tickets (no sign of them in the app) but they were useless as we have already entered the museum. They won’t refund despite the museum staff assuring us that if we sent them the proof or purchase they have to refund us)

I’m sure working with the public gets exhausting. The people at the front door seemed just over it. Our anytime reservation saved us from waiting in line. I never found the audio feature that went with the reservation… The system did work as promised - I received a ‘voucher’ upon payment, and the actual tickets arrived two days before the scheduled visit. It was upgraded to a full year. Once inside, the space is very nice. Went to see the Lillies. That gallery was packed and noisy even with signage requesting silence. Glad I got to see them. Important to note that I did get to ‘skip the line’ but would have gotten in at the same time without the premium ticket. On a different day, the situation may be different - glad we had our tickets in hand as this gave me peace of mind on a day with a packed schedule of things to see and do. Worth it to see the Lillies.

Pay the extra for the audio and when entering each exhibit room, select play on the general overview before dialling into one specific piece.

The ticket file would not open so we had to buy tickets again at the museum. Another museum visitor had the same problem. The museum is lovely but we were shocked that they couldn’t honor the voucher.

The entrance fee is 12€ for everyone. But I paid 22€. In addition there is no audio rental, just we had to download application to have audio.

I bought a ticket that didn't have a marked schedule. I still had to line up a giant line for those on a marked schedule as there were only two rows. Ticket and no ticket. I had a hard time getting the barcode. The links in the emails were not open. And I found it impossible to get the link with the audio guide. Terrible!

The Musee is wonderful, well worth the visit. However, the tickets were not “skip the line”, and the audio was outdated.

Getting the entry ticket on to phone was a nightmare. Gallery staff have to do it for visitors, many people had similar problems. Gallery itself is excellent.

Be aware that pre booking tickets with Viator does not enable you to skip the queue. I booked tickets the day before, and the booking summary said I was "guaranteed to skip the lines". However unless you have a timed entry ticket you need to queue with those without tickets as well (i.e. you join the extremely long queue with everyone else). Paying extra with Viator (tickets via their app are approximately double the price you would pay at the door) to skip the queue is a waste of money. They also refused to refund my order. Very disappointing!

Beautiful museum- happy to be able to get a ticket, however, because it is not a timed slot, you stand in line with anyone who does not yet have a ticket. And the audio guide that comes with is so cumbersome to use, I gave up - just purchase the audio guide at the museum and save yourself the struggle.
