Too long waiting time at the entrance. Why three lines to stand in line? No reason to choose one or the other and yet the one in the middle moved much faster. I discovered the audio guide when I came out... misplaced. Loud despite the call to silence by the petsonnel. Some staff discussing and laughing loudly in front of the works..... due to the works exhibited, not the best known, very average.

This was a complete ripoff and a false advertising from the Viator and company putting this reservation up. ANYTIME tickets DO NOT ALLOW FOR YOU TO ENTER ANYTIME. The queue is a minimum of 1.5 to 2 hours long. ANYTIME tickets are as good as buying ticket at the counter. I have asked to a refund. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Viator for allowing this on their site.

Get there early in day. Ask an attendant which line you should be in ; then re-check with the people in that line.

I visited this museum in April, without an actual time slot, my line up time to get in was about an hour and a half. Well worth the wait if you are an art enthusiast. Up close and personal experience with water lilies is unforgettable. That being said, with so many visitors and the small space, it is difficult to see the whole canvases without obstruction. The lighting was muted and complementary. Other paintings on view were also thrilling to see, and I’m glad I wasn’t pressured to move quickly through the galleries.

They should not buy a ticket without a time slot on busy days ,without being warned about endless queues

Very confusing. You’re better off getting a tickets from the website itself or just going and walking up. They refused to give us headsets even that we paid for them and it was a very difficult experience trying to download the tickets themselves. It’s only because of the efforts of a wonderful gentleman that we weren’t forced to wait in a long long line with our disabled mother. The museum is small and very mid except for the water lilies paintings styled like a cyclorama in two large rooms.

The lines were extremely long for people that bought their tickets in advance. They had to wait in line with the same people that did not have tickets. In addition, the museum did not honor the audio portion of our prepaid ticket by Viktor and so we had to to rent them for an additional 10 euros. The museum was crowded and not well managed but of course the art was beautiful which we loved.

Waiting over 2 hours with a ticket... we were at 3pm and luckily a member of staff told us we had no chance at all. 46 euros paid for free.

Wonderful museum… just the right size with beautiful exhibits … we got the “anytime” passes from Trip Advisor and skipped the lines … perfect technique for Srs or others with mobility issues …
