We purchased flexible priority tickets. The museum told us that was the same as buying tickets from them over the counter and we were sent to a standard line that would take 2 hours to get in, we left. We came back at 5pm and crowds were gone and we quickly looked. Whole thing a waste of time

Great ticket availability to a sold out event but Priority is a misnomer as the event stated there is no priority access granted!

The Viator confirmation arrived, we received a voucher for the 6 tickets bought, we even got the audio guide instructions but the tickets never arrived! We waited at the Very long line ( Not true it is a priority entrance. It is the regular entrance with a one hour cue… the tickets were sent after 5 pm that was the last possible time to enter the museum! Worst experience! We thought the voucher was the entrance! And after waiting for so long they returned us!

I probably misunderstood but I thought "priority access ticket" would give me a timed entry. It was a regular entry, and the line was insanely long so I did not get in.

The paintings at the Orangerie Museum were absolutely stunning, especially Monet’s Water Lilies. Such a peaceful and beautiful experience!

That Viator sends old tickets that have been used and used before the day you have booked the tickets for. Tickets were purchased in the evening of the 26th. May. And they were bought for use on the 27th. May. Tickets were valid on the 25th. May. And we were only lucky to get in because the museum staff helped us and let us get in with invalid tickets.

I bought 2 "priority" access tickets for the Orangerie Museum in Paris for May 25. "Priority access" turned out to be by far the longest line, 90 minutes by the guard's estimate, and the temperature was 35 degrees Celsius. My wife is disabled, and this was not doable by any means. If you are not able to refund the purchase price to my credit card within 24 hours, I will report the fraud to my credit card company and the French Ministry of Culture. Thank you.

I ended up waiting an hour and a half for an advanced enter ticket. I did not receive the audio tour either

The site promises a flexible system, where one can come whenever they want with easy and convenient access thanks to the tickets without time slots. In reality, it is quite the opposite: no priority, over 1.5 hours of waiting outside, and no guarantee of being able to enter if the crowd is too large. It should be clearly stated before purchase that a ticket without a time slot ultimately offers almost no advantage compared to someone who comes without a reservation. This essential information is not highlighted, even though the tickets are non-refundable, which is very problematic and contrary to an honest and transparent approach towards consumers. The ability to cancel up to 24 hours in advance is useless since the problem only becomes apparent once on-site, after the travel and wait. At a minimum, a refund or credit should be offered to those who were unable to enter.
