Please do not fall for this - this operator promised same-day tickets in 30 minutes, instead delivered vouchers confirming bookings, but no tickets for over 2 hours. No response to queries. We had to stand in line, as even the promised tickets had no time slots, and the line was shared with non-ticket holders. It is better to stand in line and buy tickets for 11-12 euros at the end. This ticket would have offered no advantage.

2 hr wait with others with no tickets. Misleading and very expensive, more than double the price on the door. The exhibition was very good however. 8 massive Monet waterlily paintings and many by other french artists on the lower floor. Picasso, Renoir to name just 2.

We got there at 5, thinking that the museum was open until 6 pm. However, due to the ARSENAL vs PSG it was closed. We have written to Viator and asked for a refund.

We visited Musée de l’Orangerie on our final day in Paris and it was the perfect way to end the trip. The museum has a peaceful atmosphere, and sitting in front of Monet’s Water Lilies for a few minutes felt very special. Even though there were many visitors, it still felt more relaxed than larger museums nearby.

Musée de l'Orangerie was one of the most relaxing museums we visited in Paris. Monet’s Water Lilies are even more beautiful in person. The entry process was smooth, and the museum was easy to explore without feeling overwhelmed. Perfect for a calm afternoon in the city.

After visiting larger and crowded museums, Musée de l'Orangerie felt refreshing and intimate. The direct entry ticket made the visit stress-free. The Water Lilies rooms are unforgettable and worth the visit alone. After visiting larger and crowded museums, Musée de l'Orangerie felt refreshing and intimate. Buying a voucher with Viator for twice the price of a standard ticket has no advantage whatsoever. You still need to wait in line for hours with everyone else who doesn’t have a ticket. Plan ahead and book a ticket with a reserved time slot from the official site!

I initially couldn’t locate my ticket confirmation before arriving, but after contacting the support team, they resent it quickly. Once inside, the visit was excellent. The museum is very well organized and easy to explore.

What I liked most about the Van Gogh Museum with Audio Guide was the flexibility. We could stop wherever we wanted, listen to the stories behind the paintings, and move around comfortably without rushing.
