Booked on line a day before our visit. Excellent museum. Very informative and brilliant architecture of the building. Didn't bother with the audio as the displays are in English and subtitles on the audios. Worth a visit. Very informative.

Exceptional experience, well presented unbiased history - a must for everyone visiting Gdansk, we bought our tickets on-line along with the extra tickets for our headsets, printed them off - and avoided the queues at the museum. No tour guide needed in my opinion.

We went to this very interesting museum in Gdansk. There is lots of exhibits and is very informative. It has coat hangers and lockers for your bags etc before you go to see the museum. If you are in Gdansk it is a must to visit.

We had a two-hour guided tour as a part of a staff trip. Very happy with our guide Olga - guided us in Norwegian. Knowledgeable, with a personal touch. Good exhibitions. Personally I most certainly want to revisit with more time on my hands :)

A well-made museum about World War II. Good signage between departments. Just follow the arrows. Particularly interesting were the parts where there were built up streets as it was at that time.

Very good museum, everything has been put together with thought and attention to detail, so much fascinating information and plenty to see. Really great place to learn more about WW2 and Poland's struggles. Highly recommend.

This is one of the most fascinating and creatively designed museums I have ever been to. Rarely does a place succeed in immersing tourists in history so deeply and this museum totally excelled. Every exhibit makes you feel as if you were there and some of the conceptualisation about how to present exhibits is truly first class and inspired. The 'Fauna' animals in war exhibit was extremely moving and the "Life on East and West of the Berlin Wall" with the simultaneously playing clips and a physical representation of the wall - just wow. This is as much a trip into history as it is a truly inspired art exhibit. Really captivating and so revealing for someone who grew up in the West. Absolutely devote enough time to this place - you won't regret it.

We had a fabulous tour with Lucasz who was friendly, engaging, and full of World War II information. He did an excellent job guiding us through the most relevant exhibits and provided great detail and historical facts. I highly recommend this tour. We wouldn’t have had as much context had we just toured the museum ourselves. I took my 16 year old son and my 83 year old mother and they both equally enjoyed it.

This museum is excellent. You need about 2.5hours to get the most out of it. Buy your tickets direct from the museum. We paid a little for the headphones, so glad we did it really directed us around. We learnt so much about the past that we all need to know. There was a little cafe and a shop as well. Highly recommend.
