Thank you chef Nico! Thanks for being funny, fun, and a great instructor. We learned to cook tzatziki, spinach and cheese pies, pita, meatballs, dolmades, chicken and pork slouvaki. It was so much food. Nico’s instructions were easy to follow, and the quality of the ingredients was great. The kitchen was outside, on the top of a hill, with amazing views.

When booking, under the additional communication tab it states that pick up and drop off from most Mykonos hotels are included in the overall price. However, on the day of the class, the tour operator reached out saying it would be an additional $70 in transportation fees. We already paid $380 for the cooking class which is way over priced in my opinion. For this reason, I chose to cancel. The tour operation and the Viator company refuse to refund my money. The customer service is awful.

Nikos was knowledgeable, patient, and had a great sense of humor. He broke down each step clearly and offered helpful tips and tricks that I’ll definitely use at home. Even when things got a little messy or someone made a mistake (myself included!), the atmosphere stayed light and supportive. We learned how to make tzatziki, cheese pies, spinach pies, dolmades, and even how to greek gyros and everything turned out absolutely delicious. What I appreciated most was the balance between learning technique and actually enjoying the process — it never felt rushed or overly technical. Highly recommend!
