In our classes, you’ll learn how to make classic Greek dishes like tzatziki, cheese pies, spinach pies, dolmades, and even how to masterize the world known greek gyros experience by preparing the gyros meat and baking your own pita-bread. It’s a hands-on experience that lets you bring the flavors of Greece into your own kitchen.

With the guidance of our professional chefs you will learn not only how to cook these delightful dishes but deeply understanding the essence of Greek cuisine. This journey is about combining techniques, flavours, aromas and cooking tips to create meals that celebrate life, culture, and the joy of sharing. Our chefs will walk you through each recipe, imparting valuable tips and sharing stories that showcase the spirit of Greek hospitality.

Public transportation options are available nearby

Transportation is not included but we collaborate with a transfer company (Transfers In Mykonos) from/to all hotels and most areas of Mykonos, however for some remote places (Elia, Kalafatis, Agrari, Panormos, Super Paradise, Paradise & Kanalia) or from remote villas, apartments or houses, payable in cash on the spot to the driver.

Chef Nikos was fantastic. My wife and I spent a few hours with Niko showing. guiding us, and explaining every step. It was a wonderful experience and the 8 dishes we made were delicious. He also gives you a recipe book for all the dishes you cook. We stuffed ourselves with what we made. Niko even provides the wine. We took the leftovers back with us and ate them again that night. This was a great way to spend 3 hours or so. We plan to repeat dishes at home as a dinner party now that we know exactly how to make them. I highly recommend this. Niko is also a private personal chef if you want him to make you a meal at your home or other. His English is perfect. He's super friendly and personable with lots of fun stories as you cook. We l loved it!!

Loved the experience. Realize that Nikos is a highly skilled culinary chef. He educated me so much on cooking techniques that transcended just Greek cuisine. Don't be afraid to ask him any culinary question! He will be happy to share his knowledge!

This experience was one of our favorite excursions of our trip. We were on a 10 cruise through Turkey and the Greek Islands so by the time we got to Mykonos we were looking for something a little more laid back. It was a perfect day! Chef Nikos was great - he explained the step-by-step process as we prepared the dishes and drank a lot of wine. The group was small (3 of us plus a group of 5) which made it feel more personal - like cooking at home with family. The recipes were easy to prepare and delicious to eat. I would definitely recommend this class for anyone interested in preparing authentic Greek dishes and of course eating delicious food.

This cooking class was certainly a highlight of our trip to Mykonos! Chef Nikolas was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging! The food was DELICIOUS, and we were left absolutely stuffed and with leftovers for the evening. I would recommend this experience to everyone I know!! Thank you, Chef Nikolas!

Thank you chef Nico! Thanks for being funny, fun, and a great instructor. We learned to cook tzatziki, spinach and cheese pies, pita, meatballs, dolmades, chicken and pork slouvaki. It was so much food. Nico’s instructions were easy to follow, and the quality of the ingredients was great. The kitchen was outside, on the top of a hill, with amazing views.

Our experience with Chef Nikos was all around fantastic! We started cooking almost immediately after we arrived - just a short explanation of what we’d be doing, an overview of the menu, and we were cooking. The chef is legit - he went to culinary school in Athens and spent decades working in high end restaurants in the city before founding his business as a private chef in Mykonos. Mykonos is his granny’s homeland, and this is where he first learned to love cooking as a child. His approach, like all great Greek food, is to let the freshness and simplicity of the ingredients shine through. He had done all the prep in advance (cutting and chopping the herbs and veggies), and he measures most of the ingredients for you (by eye - no measuring cups here…), so you can enjoy the actual cooking process. Chef Nikos kept the wine flowing throughout the class and educated us along the way about the ingredients, the history; and the culture surrounding Greek cuisine. We would absolutely do this again, and highly recommend it for anyone who likes cooking and/or eating Greek food. The menu included tzatziki, dolmas, meatballs, spinach pies (spanakopita), feta cheese pies, pita bread, and gyros (pork, chicken). Did I mention the wine? By the end, we felt like friends, and he even made some solid restaurant recommendations in Athens. This was worth every penny. Total duration, excluding transportation, was about 3.5 hours.

When booking, under the additional communication tab it states that pick up and drop off from most Mykonos hotels are included in the overall price. However, on the day of the class, the tour operator reached out saying it would be an additional $70 in transportation fees. We already paid $380 for the cooking class which is way over priced in my opinion. For this reason, I chose to cancel. The tour operation and the Viator company refuse to refund my money. The customer service is awful.

Great experience! Be prepared to cook and have fun doing it. Chef was amazing and very helpful. Food was absolutely delicious and ingredients were all fresh.
