An active food blogger and member of the Mykonos Gastronomic Club, Angelina is passionate about sharing forgotten Greek and Myconian recipes featuring locally produced and seasonal ingredients. During your hands-on cooking lesson Angelina will teach you how to handle filo dough to prepare savory and sweet dishes like feta parcels with honey and sesame (or spanakopita!) and the easiest baklava. She will also show you how to prepare a main dish or salad.
As you learn to cook with a small ouzo in hand (indoors or outdoors), Angelina will help you understand Cycladic island gastronomy. Angelina focuses on Mykonian produce and seafood caught off the island's shores. Enjoy, over wine, an authentic home-cooked Greek menu that includes meze, Greek salad, a main dish with vegetable sides and dessert!

Enjoy a rare opportunity to step into a local home and explore traditional Greek culture and cuisine with Angelina in Mykonos. During this hands-on cooking class, you’ll prepare both savory and sweet Cycladic dishes in her kitchen - think feta parcels with honey and sesame (or spanakopita if fresh spinach is available) and a delicious baklava. For the main course, learn to make dishes like shrimp saganaki in fresh tomato sauce with feta or grilled calamari with basil pesto orzo. With an ouzo in hand, Angelina will guide you through the essentials of Greek island cooking, showing how modest, local ingredients can create deeply satisfying meals. After cooking, sit down together to enjoy the dishes you’ve made. Angelina is passionate about sharing her culture and can also accommodate vegetarian diets. If you choose the market tour add-on, you’ll join Angelina in exploring Mykonos’s open-air fishmongers and farmers markets for 45 min. Pick out fresh fish (if available), seasonal vegetables, and visit local shops for bread, local cheeses, and meze ingredients. The short market stroll ends with a walk to Angelina’s nearby home to begin your culinary adventure.

Angelina was absolutely amazing. She has a personality of gold and her food was equally amazing. She was the highlight of my 8 day cruise around Greece. I will return to Mykonos because of Angelina and her hospitality.

Cooking with Angelina in her home was such an incredible experience. The recipes were typically Greek-super yummy but were recipes we could easily do in the US. Her patience and expertise is second to none. Definitely one of the highlights of our Greece trip!! Highly recommend!!

Our cooking class with Angie was, without a doubt, one of the most memorable highlights of our trip. From the moment we stepped into her warm and welcoming home, it felt like we were in my Greek grandmother’s kitchen—full of love, laughter, and incredible aromas. Angie is not only a talented private chef but a truly kind and generous host. She created a completely personalized menu for us, using fresh, authentic ingredients that brought every dish to life. She thoughtfully catered to both my preferences and my wife’s vegetarian needs, making us each feel truly seen and cared for. The experience was intimate, genuine, and absolutely delicious. Angie didn’t just teach us to cook—she shared stories, culture, and the kind of warmth you can’t fake. If you’re visiting the island, this isn’t just a class, it’s a must-do experience. Book it. You have to cook with Angie. You won’t regret it.

We had a group of 5 take the cooking class with Angelina. First off, the house and patio overlooking the Aegean was amazing! Just gorgeous! It set the tone for a perfect day! Angelina was very welcoming and extremely personable. We all participated in the hands on cooking process. She taught us all some new recipes and some new techniques. The food was exceptional and varied in level of skills needed - which added to the fun. There was plenty of food, too! We ate VERY well. I would highly recommend this cooking class.

Our cooking class with Angelina in her home was the HIGHLIGHT of our 10 days in Greece! She was incredibly accommodating to our tight schedule, very prompt and helpful communicating before the class, and an absolute delight to spend the afternoon with. Her home belongs in Architecture Digest, and the views were breathtaking. We took tons of photos. It was like being on top of the world. Her recipes were not just delicious, but easy enough that we will make them at home. And she was such a great teacher, explaining and showing us how to prepare each dish. We learned new cooking techniques, and loved every minute! If you are in Mykonos, you have to spend a few hours with Angelina…even better if you can do it at her home!!

Angie is a very welcoming and knowledgeable host. We had a delightful afternoon in the countryside, as Angie provided us with many valuable cooking tips and insight to Greek culture. While admiring the beautiful view from her house, we feasted on local dishes that we helped prepare. The main reason I chose this cooking class was because we were going to be taught different recipes that were offered in other classes. I would strongly encourage anyone who is interested in a cooking class to choose this class. We enjoyed every minute! Thank you Angie!!
