1.00The taxi never showed up. They never called. Stood outside and waited invain. Ended up using an airport taxi which cost me less than half the cost of what I paid to them. Need my refund immediately

1.00DO NOT USE! I received a phone call at the hotel at 8:30am to confirm the pick up time at 1:30pm. The called asked what I would be wearing and I said I don’t know because I was still wearing pajamas. The driver never showed up and I missed my flight. I requested a refund and it was refused. They said it was because the driver didn’t know who he was picking up. Apparently a sign with my name on it, calling my personal cell which was included in the booking or even shouting my name in front of the hotel was too complicated so they just didn’t show up period. So now I’m having to go through the credit card company to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE BECAUSE THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY IDIOTS. And every time I try to call Viator Customer Service to speak with a supervisor or manager the Asians who barely speak English hang up before I can be transferred.

5.00My flight into Piarco Airport was delayed, and I was worried that my driver might have left, forcing me to make a last-minute reservation. Fortunately, Mitch was there waiting for me & kept in touch throughout the process and had a clean, well-maintained vehicle. Mitch shared a wealth of information about the island and ensured I arrived safely at my destination. As a solo traveler, that was thoughtful and very much appreciated. I was so impressed that I booked my depature trip with him as well. I will definitely use this service again on my next visit! Thank you Mitch!

5.00I highly recommend Mitch for transfers and tours when you have a layover in Trinidad. We had a long layover while passing through November. He arranged a place for us to rest up. Then took us for Bake and Shark, a tour of the island with nice views from mountains. A pub stop on the way back to the airport. On our way back in December we stopped for doubles on the way to Pitch Lake. And Roti on the way back to the airport. I highly recommend Mitch if you have a layover.
