The classes are conducted in a traditional open-air kitchen surrounded by woods forest and guests can learn how to prepare traditional Balinese dishes using ingredients sourced from the farm.
The experienced local chef (host) also provide insights into the Balinese culture and cooking techniques.

What To Expect
Surrounded by woods in a 1 hectare sized land, Mystery mountain cooking class brings back the 1920's Balinese cooking tradition. Showing a unique way to make scrumptios balinese cuisine. You will experience 5 different Balinese dishes within a fun 4-hour session. Each processes will be shown by our skilled chef, from the mise en place until ready to served. Enjoy your own cook when the class finished. Menu will not be disclose to make you more curious and be surprised! Note: Vegan menu is available by request This cooking class is a class of a lifetime and more than an ordinary experience! Indulge yourself in once in a lifetime truly balinese cooking class!

5.00Set in the jungle, the view is amazing. It was great to learn about traditional techniques and flavours. Cooking on the open fire was fantastic. We had a small group with people working around us. There was banter and an overall fun, informative and tasty experience. Would 100% recommend and can't wait to try the recipes at home

5.00Highly recommended cooking class! I loved this experience. The entire cooking team was so friendly, well prepared, and spoke good English. The class was well-paced, there was enough hands-on cooking and learning, and everything we made was delicious. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone interested in taking a cooking class in Sidemen.
