This is true the Naadam is traditional festival in Mongolia. The festival is also locally termed "eriin gurvan naadam" mean "The three games of men". The games are Mongolian wrestling, horse racing and archery and are held throughout the country during the midsummer holidays. Women have started participating in the archery and girls in the horse-racing games, but not in Mongolian wrestling. In 2010, Naadam was inscribed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity of UNESCO. The main attraction of Naadam festival is opening ceremony and tickets are limited.

2nd day of Naadam. After breakfast visit horse racing area called Khui doloo khudag which is located 60km from Ulaanbaatar. Witness of 4 & 5 years old horse race. Lunch at there and riding horse, archery and explore some Mongolian cultures. After lunch back to city and dinner at restaurant in Ulaanbaatar.

July 13:Drive to Khustai National Park 100km from UB and Elsen tasarkhai Mini Gobi

Khustain Nuruu National Park

Khustain Nuruu National Park is one of three locations chosen for the re-introduction of the endemic Przewalski horse (Equus przewalskii)– the only wild horse to survive in modern times and known as Takhi in Mongolian. Roughly 17% of Mongolia’s landmass has some form of national environmental protection. A further 10% has local protected area status. Khustain National Park is one of the success stories of environmental protection in Mongolia with a population of 300 Takhi – although it does face frequent challenges. Dur: 1 hours driving, 100km from Ulaanbaatar We can hiking mountain, visit museum and search animals around area by walk. Have lunch at Khustai restaurant. After that driving to Sand Dunes for 2 hours.

Semi Gobi Sand dunes /280km/, a semi-desert type beautiful landscape with big sand dunes. Lunch will be served at a suitable spot on the way. We can to go hiking around the area or ride a camel for a couple of hours to the small sand dunes. Later visit Mongolian Nomadic Family have dinner and stay in ger overnight.

Kharakhorum Museum

After breakfast with nomads drive to Kharkhorin ancient capital of Great Mongolian Empire in thirteenth century. It is located on the right bank of Orkhon river, 400 km south-west of Ulaanbaatar. Explore Erdenezuu monastery is a focal point in the history and culture of the Mongolian people and riding horse until midday. After lunch at Kharkhorin drive to Ulaanbaatar.
