Everything about the tour was memorable. From the moment we were picked up by our tour guides Serge and his son Enzo, to the moment we were dropped back off to the cruise port. Serge provided an abundant information about Nagoya including the Japanese culture. It was enlightening and a wonderful learning experience. I highly recommend Serge’s tour guide services to everyone.

The whole journey was made more memorable with Serge as my hiking guide. From hotel to Korankei..I decided to skip Toyota Museum and trek more in Asoke. Serge made it even more enjoyable by allowing me to go to places not in the planned itinerary. It was an amazing trip and hope to do it again soon with this company.

Serge was an excellent guide and host. I am a huge car nut and we switched up the itinerary to suite my tastes. We spent just the right amount of time at the Toyota Car Museum then went to the Karenkei Valley and had lunch and hiked around. We saw lots of very cool things along the way. The countryside was very different than the cities and is a must see. Great trip all around!

I was hesitant to write this at first as I was afraid to ruin a great location by exposing it to international tourism, not that it isn’t already popular enough with the locals. This is not something you’d find with typical operators. Serge and his missus Tomoko are both experienced guides who’ve lived in Nagoya for years and Korankei, Atsuke village and castle, Soufukuji temple… are all beautiful sights off the beaten path that you can only get to by driving. Traveling with our guides has been like a road trip with friends, and recommendations aside, they are also fairly accommodating with adjusting the itinerary to suit your interests. We were not interested in the Toyota museum or shopping, so got to spend a lot more time in Atsuke to take in the view. Though it was quiet season and the leaves have yet to turn yellow, the trip was nonetheless breathtaking. This is well worth the ticket price. Pard
