Toshi, our guide, was great. We had a private tour of the grounds. How beautiful. Be ready to walk! Getting there was easy on the purple line as it drops you right by the east gate.

My cruise ship arrived in Nagoya the morning of the tsunami warnings in Japan. We were not allowed off the ship while the warnings were in effect. I contacted the tour guide to explain the situation and cancel the tour. The guide was very understanding and offered me two options for a later port call in Hiroshima at no cost. The options presented to me did not fit the desires of our group of four so I declined. To my surprise the tour group refunded my money! Great customer service. Hope I get a chance to use this tour group in the future.
