Kenyatta International Conference Center
The walking tour starts by picking you from your Nairobi Hotel 9AM. The first stop will be The Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC), this is a 28-storey building located in Nairobi’s CBD (Central Business District) and is within walking distance of several five-star hotels. This is the best and only way to tour Nairobi in 5 minutes, literally! From the top of this building you will summarize your experience of the city and observe all that Nairobi has to offer with an eagle's eye view. The view from the rooftop, which historically served as a helipad, is one of the best of my beloved Nairobi. This 360-degree bird’s eye view of the city center is unrivaled. On a clear day you can spot some of the city’s green spaces like Uhuru Park, Central Park, City Park, Railways Golf Course and the Nairobi National Park. Do dress warmly; it gets rather windy up there, especially in the evenings.
Then take a walking tour and experience the unique atmosphere of Nairobi’s bustling city center. Visit Mzee Jomo Kenyatta Mausoleum, Parliament, Kenya National Archives, and the “Thorn Tree”- the first post office at Sarova Stanley hotel.

Enjoyed our walk and our visit to the rooftop observatory and the American Embassy Memorial Garden. The guide was very informative and knowledgeable and picked us up at the hotel on time. Highly recommended.

Excellent! Our guide, Mr. Stephen Mukutu, was very professional, attentive, and pleasant. We really enjoyed the city tour he gave us, both for what we saw and for his way of explaining and teaching us. Highly recommended!

Very well balanced tour. Even my brother loving nature and disliking history enjoyed the tour, My compliments for Dennis he set up this tour. And do not forget to book his authentic Massaai village tour.

We did the 1/2 day tour of Nairobi City centre. We visited the Memorial Gardens, which was very interesting but a harrowing event in Nairobis history. Our guide Harrison then took us on a drive through the bustling markets of Nairobi before we were brought up to the top of the Kenyatta tower where Harrison pointed out all the sites of Nairobi. Very informative day & a way to see the city of Nairobi.

Had a wonderful day out with Kelvin as my tour guide. He picked me up from my hotel and took me straight to the giraffe sanctuary. We were the first ones there so I got to feed the giraffes by myself (normally it is crazy busy there). We then went for a tour round Nairobi where I got to see both the affluent side and poorer sides of the city, Kelvin even took the time to drive through one of the slums. Finally the next day I also booked a tour with him to go to Mount Longonot. He was the best and really helped me to get to the top. Most tour guides wouldn’t even come up the mountain with you, but Kelvin climbed the whole way and really took care of me! Overall I had an amazing experience and it was all thanks to Kelvin. He really took care of me and made sure I got to do everything I wanted! Would 100% recommend!
