What To Expect
Confucius Temple Market
Meet your friendly private guide at hotel lobby in Nanjing city at 6:00pm, and hop on your private car to the local restaurant for dinner. After dinner, continue your night tour to Confucius Temple Area where you can see many local vendors and shop. You can enjoy some shopping or try some local food if you like.
Qin Huai River
Then, take a 50 minutes boating along the mother river Qinhuai River through the old buildings, and your guide will share with you some interesting local histories and the nowadays life of Nanjing people. After your tour is finished, your guide will send you back to your hotel in Nanjing.

5.00I think this tour offered fantastic depth to the city of Nanjing that I wouldn’t have been able to learn independently. Fred was a great guide, his English was exceptional. I learned a great deal about Nanjing and greater china. The areas we visited within the city were great. One thing to be aware of is that the tour uses existing infrastructure (I.e the river boat used during the tour was not private to the tour group. With that being said it did not detract from the experience of the trip.

Our driver Li An also got us to all our destinations quickly and safely. The logistics were excellent and the food was great. Well done to Alana and team!

5.00What a wonderful evening! A delicious dinner at a very popular Chinese restaurant, where we could try the local salted duck specialty. Then, a night cruise on a dragon boat, to see all the lights and bridges on the river, and a tour through the Confucius Temple. The whole time, Alana and Fred made sure that we had a great table at the restaurant, ordered good food, and got tickets to help us to get to the front of all the lines. With almost 25 years' experience as a guide, Fred is very well-traveled, and had lots of history to share. And, Alana made sure we were well-informed about all of the details and helped to make sure we were so comfortable, every step of the way! We even ended up walking a little through the old town, and got ice cream! Our driver was terrific too. Such an easy, relaxing and enjoyable experience. One of our best nights in China, even with a little rain. Highly recommend this tour for a fun night in Nanjing!

5.00Absolutely worth it! We were in Nanjing with a layover of 29 hours, so we booked this tour without expecting too much. I was wrong, this tour is amazing, exceeded my expectations, the tour guide Ava is just great, smart and sweet. The driver was so punctual and helpful. We will be back some day for longer time. Thank you!!! 100% recommended.
