I strongly do not recommend booking this tour through Viator. The experience was disappointing from start to finish and completely misrepresented. No Trolley – Just a Bus: The listing advertised a charming trolley ride, but instead, we were picked up in a regular bus. No explanation, just false advertising. Late Pickup: The bus showed up 20 minutes late with no notice or apology. Cold Food: The lunch provided was cold and bland, not what you’d expect on a wine tour. Hidden Costs Everywhere: Every winery stop required separate entry/tasting fees — nothing was included. We spent over $300 extra on top of the ticket price. False Lunch Destination: The tour claimed we’d have lunch at Bottia Winery (a well-known spot), but we were taken to an empty, lifeless restaurant instead. Terrible Winery Selection: The last two wineries were dead, with barely any service or wine available. Definitely not worth stopping at. No Guidance or Host: There was no tour guide or structure. The entire group was left in limbo most of the time, unsure of where to go or what to expect next. This wasn’t a tour — it was a disorganized shuttle ride with hidden costs and broken promises. For the money, you’re better off booking your own tastings directly with the wineries. Avoid this one.

Was great! Loved the castle. Trolley ride was just enough information. Wineries were very different from each other. Lunch was terrific.
