What To Expect
Driver will be arranged one day in advance .He will track your flight number even your flight is delay. If you buy the meet & greet service, driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with a name sign. If you do not buy the meet & greet service, driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point as he will inform you in advance.

4.00Lovely driver, but as a family of five average-sized adults, we had little to no leg room during a 2-hour ride from the airport. There is no way that 8 people could fit in the back without almost having to sit on each other's laps.

5.00Great driving service. Was right there ready to drive us to our hotel when we arrived exhausted. This was the only service I found that didn’t have a time limit for waiting at the airport and instead asked for our flight information to keep an eye on our arrival time. The vehicle was very nice, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this service.

5.00Our driver was so kind and helpful. We were stuck in traffic and it took us about 2 hours to get from the airport to the Airbnb, he did so well. Thankful for our privacy and that we got to relax after 12 hour travel day.

2.00I was rather disappointed as I walked everywhere and followed the meet up instructions, but could not find the driver. I looked for the sign amongst all the other drivers awaiting their passengers. I would suggest that much clearer meet up instruction are given and one very specific location. At the arrival area in terminal one, as you came out of customs, I saw many drivers there with their clients signs, and I looked at all of them. I really don’t know where we went wrong. 1F was the door.

5.00The driver kept in touch via Whatsapp. He didn't talk much but was courteous. The airport was less packed than I thought it would be so the passage through customs/immigration was nowhere near as crowded as say Inchon or Taoyuan.
