This trail is one of the most famous in Rio de Janeiro. Visitors have the privilege of hiking through the forest, stopping for stunning photos, and also walking through the Vidigal community, learning about the daily lives of the residents. They also gain access to local culture with a local guide who has known each part of the community for over 15 years.
The community is considered peaceful by local authorities. A patrol car is stationed 24 hours a day at the entrance, and there's a military base within the community, ensuring the safety of visitors.

What To Expect
Two Brothers Hill At the entrance to the community, we'll find easy access by taxi, Uber, or public transportation. We'll use community transportation—a motorcycle or van—that will drop us off at the trailhead. From there, we'll begin a 40-minute to an hour hike through the forest to reach the end of the trail, where we'll have privileged views of the beaches of the South and West Zones, Cristo Redentor, and the Rocinha community.

5.00I had one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. I booked a sunrise hike with Anderson, and this moment will stay with me forever. The beauty of the place, the atmosphere, the early morning silence… everything was magical. It was up there, at the top of the morro, that I proposed. 5.00Wow, what an 10/10 experience - if you have any doubts, please just book it. Anderson is one of the best guides we've ever had. He is so caring, funny and knowledgeable. The hike had some slippery parts but Anderson managed it perfectly to get us up and down safely. We felt 100% safe all the time. At the top it was quite crowded but he managed to get us to a spot where we almost were on our own. The view is just incredible! In the end he even gave us a little favela tour. The hike was so well organized - thank you so much Anderson. It's an unforgettable experience and we are so happy to share it with you Anderson 🌻
