What To Expect
Booking: Select your pickup location, drop-off location, date, and time. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation with pickup details and contact information. Pre-Pickup: We review all bookings in advance. Please be ready 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup (15–20 minutes for airport or cruise port). Pickup: Look for our white bus with “Island Beach Shuttle” signage. The driver will greet you and assist with boarding if needed. During the Trip: You’ll be transported directly from your pickup location to your drop-off location. Typical trip duration is 10–45 minutes, depending on traffic and destination. Drop-Off: Guests are safely dropped at their requested destination. The driver ensures all passengers and belongings are accounted for before departure. Post-Trip: Guests are encouraged to leave a review.

5.00We did a private transport between Nassau airport and the Royal at Atlantis, roundtrip. They were on time and easy to communicate with. The transport was very spacious for our group of 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant and a large amount of luggage. It was very fairly priced and the shuttle was clean with great AC and a great driver. Highly recommend.

2.00We had to wait a long time for the shuttle – more than an hour after we arrived at the airport. The driver was there, but he mixed up who he was picking up when and we had to wait for other passengers.
