We had a great experience on Pearl Island and would definitely book again! Transportation was well organized and on time. Customer service was great from the beginning. I had a question about the best way to get to the ferry terminal and they responded to my email in a timely manner. They also emailed us the morning of to let us know they were renovating their cabanas so we would be given a complimentary upgrade to a villa. The food was fantastic and the beaches were lovely. My only complaint is that it was a short day. They boat taking you to the island leaves at 11am and you have to be back on the boat at 315. It's only a 15 minute ride but by the time you get situated in your cabana and get in the water you have an hour to swim, an hour for lunch and then another hour before you have to pack up and get back to the boat. I would have loved more time to explore the island and enjoy some of the water activities that were included aside from swimming. Otherwise our trip was fantastic and I would definitely recommend.

This little island is stunning! Crystal clear water and so much fun to spend the day there. It was nice to have a shaded cabana with food/drink service. My only complaint is the chairs were broken so you kind of fall through them in spots. We didn’t spend a lot of time in them so it wasn’t a huge deal but it was a bit uncomfortable. The ferry ride was great and only about 20-25 minutes from the dock. Overall, we loved our day on Pearl Island. We even saw some starfish near the dock.

We had a great time, but it was too short. Would have loved to spend the entire day there. The only other thing is my food could have been hotter (temperature-wise) but it was delicious regardless.

Great private beach. I got a cabana and it was worth it. Had a conch salad that we had to pay separate but it was citrus goodness. The lunch provided was a great bbq chicken with rice and fish perfect after swimming. Island has tons of great views for pictures. My wife and I went snorkeling and the instructors there were amazing. The length on the island is good not to long to get extra sunburned.

Booking was easy, we had to move the date, that was just as easy and free. The cabana had padded loungers, a ceiling fan and the island had many places to explore including a lighthouse. The lunch was hearty and delicious. Our cabana attendant, Watson, took really good care of us bringing our food to the cabana and replenishing our bucket of water and beer many times. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the time promised. It’s not really a full 5 hours. You don’t board the ferry until 11 and that’s when your time starts, and they start boarding to go back at 3:05 leaving by 3:15/3:30. You basically only have 3 1/2hrs on the island to enjoy all the amenities. This excursion needs to be at least “6hrs” I would prefer 7!

Very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. Very quick and attentive service. The drinks were tasty, as was lunch. We did the cabana package which included snorkeling with a guide. It was a lot of fun and you see an amazing array of tropical fish.

I unfortunately came down ill on my trip, a RC cruise. I was stuck confined to the ship and realized that I would not be able to physically go on an excursion. So I reached out to Viator and informed them of my situation. The communication was easy, and they were trying to help me find a solution. I hoped for a refund since I was notifying them within 24 hours of the excursion (they did not have to give it per policy) and to my delight, within just a couple of days, they refunded my trip excursion (~$400 trip for two). I could not have been more grateful and would have understood if they did not. I must say that they have a Wonderful app, customer service, and communication as the excursion approaches. I will use this company again in the future.

We had a great experience. We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy the beach and this served that up. There weren't too many people on the island and the cabanas weren't full so we didn't have any immediate neighbors. The weather was perfect, the water clear, and our server (Junior) was attentive. We aren't drinkers so can't attest to the cocktails, but we enjoyed the lunch and soft drinks. All in all, we thought it was worth the money! The only thing that would make it better would be if they did a round trip boat from the cruise port instead of from the Paradise Island ferry terminal.

My husbands rating 2/10 My rating 9/10 His complaints: you cannot snorkel or kayak around the Island. There is a very small beach area that you are allowed to use. Also you cannot explore the Island, part of it is private. The snorkeling is another tiny area and is appointment based for 30 mins. I on the other hand enjoyed it, the cabana was great, the butler was amazing and the snorkeling was fun, there were statues and sunken boat, airplane etc. With lots of colorful fish. The lunch wasn't to my taste at all since I don't eat chicken legs or fish, but I'm used to that since I am fussy. If you know what to expect when booking I'm sure you will love it. We just expected for my husband to be able to snorkel/ kayak around the small island while I enjoyed the cabana. If I had known, I would not have booked the excursion. In my mind it was not worth the $500 that I paid for it.
