Brave, a seasoned expert with over ten years in the Parisian natural wine community, our tastings benefit from his extensive experience and deep passion for natural wines. Brave's international certifications in wine knowledge and tasting ensure a professional yet approachable experience, free from pretense and full of genuine enthusiasm. Brave and Olivia welcome you as if it were their own home. The laid back environment is cozy and invites conversation.

We felt we were on an adventure exploring the different paths that the wine grapes may encounter. They encouraged us to become the wine helping us to engage in the experience, opening up our senses, in a very fun, small group atmosphere. The pairing was magnifique!

5.00This was the most fun ever!!! We absolutely LOVED our experience. All of the wines were delicious, the cheese matched each perfectly, and Olivia & Brave explained everything so well. They were so educated, friendly, and really invited us into the whole experience. My favorite night in Paris so far!!
