  I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Nikolai was such a gracious host, taking us on an hour tour of his farm where we gathered eggs, learned about olive trees and olive oil production and saw his many fruit trees. We then sat down in a lovely outdoor kitchen overlooking the hills of Naxos and prepped a 4 course lunch using ingredients grown or made by his family They even make their own wine. The cooked dishes were cooked by his father Gabriel. All the food was delicious and we even got to meet his wife and adorable children. We came home with fantastic memories and delicious recipes. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to know more about life and food on the Greek islands.

  Highlight of our trip to Greece! Nikos and his family provided the most amazing experience. It was fun to help prepare our food and learn some delicious recipes. My favorite part was dancing after the meal.

  I wholeheartedly rate this cooking class a perfect 10 out of 10! As residents of the USA with a strong appreciation for clean, chemical-free food, my boyfriend and I were eager for an authentic culinary experience in Naxos, and this class exceeded our expectations in every way. Nikos, our instructor, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel warmly welcomed as guests in his family’s home. His commitment to a family-first lifestyle truly enhanced the experience. Although we initially missed our scheduled class due to getting lost, Nikos graciously accommodated us by allowing us to join the next day’s session, ensuring we didn’t miss out. I highly recommend this class to anyone seeking a genuine culinary experience in Greece. We also appreciated receiving all the recipes afterward, which was a wonderful bonus. Overall, this experience was truly unforgettable!
