What makes it truly unique is that you don’t simply watch, you participate in everything. From the moment you arrive, you become part of our daily life. You pick fresh vegetables straight from the garden and cook traditional Naxian recipes step by step using real farm-to-table products.
But the experience goes far beyond cooking. You explore a living farm, meet our animals, walk through olive groves and vineyards, and discover how locals have lived and worked for generations. It’s authentic, unfiltered, and personal — not staged tourism.
Then the experience expands into the village of Potamia, with walks among Venetian towers and a local stream, adding history and landscape to the day.
And finally, it all transforms into a real Greek celebration—shared food, local wine, music, dancing, and plate smashing — where strangers become part of one big family.

Welcome to our family farm in the heart of Naxos, where food, tradition,music and Greek hospitality come together for an unforgettable experience. Experience authentic Naxian hospitality at our 5th-generation family farm in Potamia, one of the most traditional villages of Naxos. Begin with a guided farm tour where you’ll collect fresh vegetables from the garden, walk among olive trees and vineyards, learn about local farming traditions, wine, and meet animals like goats,sheep,chickens,pigs,donkey Together, we cook authentic Greek recipes using fresh ingredients.No cooking experience is needed. While the food cooks,guests can join an optional walk through Potamia,passing Venetian towers and the local stream. And thenafter we eat… the celebration starts. We dance together, learn traditional Greek dances and even smash plates. The atmosphere transforms into a joyful village celebration where guests don’t just watch Greek culture—they become part of it. This experience is perfect for travelers looking to connect with local people, discover authentic traditions, enjoy incredible homemade food, and create unforgettable memories in Naxos. 4.00Excellent afternoon so much fun! Do not drive, google maps sends you on roads that aren’t roads, and when you do find the road to the venue, it’s vertical! Get a taxi as also the wine freely flows! Also to note, not much cooking is done. You will basically chop veg and make stuffed vine leaves and stuffed veg. That being said, I would still recommend, just don’t expect a typical cooking class.

5.00Best experience of our trip! It was so much more than a cooking class! We did a nature hike with some history of the region and some tails of mythology. We toured the farm and picked part of the meal. We came back and cooked and ate and danced. SO MUCH FUN! and beautiful 😍

5.00This was an excellent experience for the whole family. We are a family with 15, 19 and 20 year old kids and everyone equally had a great time. The tour of the farm was very interesting and the cooking portion was a fun family event. Jack was our guide and was very informative about all the farming traditions. My only advice is DO NOT follow Google Maps directions. When it tells you to take a hard right down a narrow street that doesn’t look right, look up and you will see a sign that says Bailika cooking classes to the left. follow those signs!!

5.00Excellent cooking experience at the most charming family farm! Lots of exploring on the property, educational, and a ton of great eating! Worth every penny! Note: very narrow roads to get to farm. Would recommend long pants since walking through the farm and can be very buggy. Bring sunscreen, bug spray, and an appetite.

5.00It was a wonderful experience The cooking class on Naxos where we helped pick vegetables at their farm, prepped the food, and learned some history about their land. Everything we ate was produced on their land including the meat. They have olive trees that are over 1000 years old and produce many tons of olive oil per year. We absolutely recommend this experience
