Take the opportunity to attend a pizza class in Naples to feel the Neapolitanity! In the first part of the class you will follow the Pizzaiolo and you will prapare the dough from scratch. You will actively participate in the cutting of mozzarella and the preparation of tomato sauce. We provide you all fresh and genuine ingredients.
Pizza is an Italian symbol and it’s prepared with simple ingredients and just with a little bit of creativity.

What To Expect
As soon as we arrive we will find ourselves inserted in the world of Neapolitan pizza. Once we have made our acquaintance we will begin to talk about the salient points to have a good Neapolitan pizza also made at home. We will talk about the production temperatures, the flour and the other ingredients that are used to form an excellent Neapolitan dough. Rising and storage times. We will talk about the cooking temperatures and the preparation of the tomato and which one to use, then about the mozzarella on the origin and which one to use for our margherita. I will reveal the secrets of how to have bread from the same dough as the pizza. Once our dough has been prepared, we will move it to the table where the pizza made with your hands is prepared and cooked. After the course you can eat a plate of bruschetta as an appetizer, pizza made with your hands, including water and 1 drink, we will close the meal with sorbet or coffee.

5.00I had a private lesson in pizza making because nobody else signed up for this fun activity. I had such a great time learning about the right way to make pizza and actually making it and then eating it. In addition to the pizza I also had a delicious bruschetta and wine and dessert as part of this experience. I highly recommend it. 5 stars!

2.00The course went through the doug making process quite nicely, but completely skipped the sauce and briefly touched the baking process. The surroundings were nice, but all in all the description did not match our expectations.

5.00Highly recommend this pizza making experience. We had a group of 7 friends and there was also another 4 people attending. It was so much fun. After the class we sat down to eat their traditional pizza, dessert and wine. You won’t be disappointed. The instructor was great. We also bought the apron.

5.00We attended the Pizza making lesson with our family. We loved the event. Alessia was a lovely teacher. While we had some experience in making Pizza (haveing a Pizza oven at home), Alessia and the Pizzaiolo were willing to share tricks and insights. We also very much enjoyed eating our own Pizzas at the end of the lesson. Perfect experience and very much recommended.

5.00Great experience making real Neapolitan pizza ,staff were lovely and friendly got to learn the tricks of the trade. Had bruschetta and a glass of vino half way through then made our own pizzas which were delicious ,would recommend as a fun activity to do in Naples perfect for couples , friends or family Grazie Mille
