His passion, knowledge, and genuine care on the tour were next level. He truly went above and beyond his call of duty from sharing insightful stories to making sure every single moment felt comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who loves what they do so much, and it showed in every moment. A big thank you as well to the driver, Pankaj who navigated the busy traffic with such calmness and skill. 5.00Hemant was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and kept us safe in the bustling streets of Old Delhi. He provided a very good overview of the tour at the beginning and reminded us along the way of our itinerary. We enjoyed a glass of chai together and he taught us about all the spices in the market. 5.00I had an incredible day exploring New Delhi. Each stop was different providing great variety in architecture and history. My guide, Chetan, knew the detailed story of every place we went and went out of his way to make my day enjoyable. My favourite was Qutb Minar, Akshardham temple pictures don’t do it justice. The driver was great, the car very comfortable. You could not do this without a driver and a guide!

2.00The tour was reserved the same day and would start at 2 pm. I can hardly speak of a "half day tour" and have not seen a single temple or bottle of water... Entrance fee included? That'll be a mistake, too. I was picked up late (2.20pm) by a driver, who barely speaks English. A professional guide was waiting for me at the Gandhi museum, where a cursory, but decent explanation of Gandhi's life was given. At my request we visited Lodi Garden (highly recommended, especially in good weather) . 35 minutes later we drove to the back of Qutub Minar, where I could take 3 more pictures on the street side. Pay 600 IR, then we can join you to see the minaret up close. My questions were answered correctly, I had a QR code pushed under my nose to write a (positive) review and it was emphasized that the link would only work for a few minutes (a lie, that is). The guide was dropped off somewhere and I got a return ride to my hotel. It was barely 5pm. Why sell such a program when effectively 3 attractions can be visited with difficulty?!

5.00My wife and I had a great time at the tour, and Chetan and Pankaj were very friendly and seemed to enjoy doing the tour. We booked the customisable tour but we requested pick up at 11, hence we were squeezed for time. But they did their best to plan out the places we wanted to visit and the traffic certainly didn’t help! Chetan had great knowledge on the sites we visited. The only criticism I can give is the restaurant they took us for lunch wasn’t the tastiest food we had in India. Would recommend this tour for anyone who has limited time in Delhi or want to pick and choose the attractions.
