The riverboat is handicap accessible. However, access to the top & bottom decks are by stairs only. Please call before finalizing your plans if you have questions on access or personal equipment.

This evening jazz cruise is a great way to experience New Orleans' beauty and culture. As you steam ahead, soak in breathtaking views of the city skyline while enjoying a New Orleans cultural experience – a live jazz performance performed by the New Orleans band Dukes of Dixieland, a Grammy nominee. Enjoy dining inside or outside on a delectable Louisiana-style buffet dinner including prime rib, chicken, pasta and salad. 2.00It's not worth the price. Food was ok. The pasta and chicken thighs was great. The jazz was just ok. I wouldn't do it again. We were a group of 8 and everyone agreed. Stuck for three hrs.

1.00Music was horrible. Rom had air-conditioning so cold you had to go outside in the wind to get warm not worth more than 10 bucks. Would never recommend this to anybody.

3.00Our daughter purchased tickets for this experience as a birthday gift for us. We experienced the dinner (buffet style) as well as the Jazz. As we were approaching the boat we heard a really loud organ playing from the street. As we got in line to wait to board, the music was extremely loud and uninviting. I looked around and noticed that everyone in line was having the same experience as us( uncomfortable). I literally put my loops in my ears. The dinner was ok. I thought the Jazz experience would have been a mix of various types of Jazz music. I was sadly mistaken. The live band only played Dixie jazz which was disappointing. Being in New Orleans,I assumed that the music would have been a mix as a representation of the city. On a positive note, the staff exemplified the highest customer service. They were very helpful and courteous.

5.00The dinner cruise was wonderful from several standpoints. The food and service were great. I am an engineer and the ship itself was fascinating to me. We cruised on a very cold night so we had to stay inside to avoid the weather. I want to do the cruise again in warm weather to enjoy the night views along the river. Highly recommend
