Capt. Ernie is amazing!! Very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He gave us lots of information about the area, the wildlife and made sure we saw Alligators galore!! He told us about there breeding schedule and which gender we were looking at. I would absolutely book this again next year and would highly recommend Capt. Ernie !!

Shuttle bus came on time within the window. No hiccups there. Ernie was a hilarious tour guide once we got to the swamp. Got to see alligators and everything. Ernie was throwing marshmallows to them. Go on this tour! It might not be around anymore if it becomes saltwater. The shuttle bus driver was able to drop me off at another place other than my hotel. I really appreciated that.

Pick up was good, driver was fun & informative. The tour was really great, we did the boat and really liked that we went slowly and could easily hear or guide. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the area and the wildlife. He made it fun too! We got to see several gators up close and even saw a bald eagle and its baby in the nest at a distance. He also had a live baby alligator on board for us to pass around and take pictures with. He was an adorable little guy! Over all the excursion was great! There is also a gift shop where you can purchase snacks, drinks and souvenirs. Tip: bring a jacket, dress warm if the weather is at all cool or rainy. They do also rent blankets at the store.

The water has to be fairly warm for alligators to be out. We were lucky enough to see quite a few alligators. I found the informatioAll about gators n that Capt. Ernie shared to be very interesting. I have a we whole new perspective on alligators.

We had a wonderful experience seeing several alligators in their natural habitat and hearing about the swamp. We got to hold a juvenile which was fun.

Transportation and checking were seamless. The boat ride was nice, saw a few alligators and an eagle. Would’ve liked to be able to hold a baby gator like some of the pictures show.

Swamp tour itself was great. Boat captain faves the full blown story of the area, historically and environmentally. Saw alligators. Learned about alligators, new info for us. And we , saw eagles. Got to hold a baby alligator, All very cool. Only warning- pick up and return to your hotel is not an exact science . Cooler on the water - my wife rented one of the limited heavy blankets - it was worth it to her.
