Knowledgeable and funny. Overall great experience, always recommend this tour, best one around! Prefer the tour boat over the air boat, better experience!

Captain Bebop was an amazing guide! We really enjoyed his stories and were lucky to see 10-ish gators on the tour. It did rain but our group felt like it made the experience even better since we were in the covered pontoon boat. It sounds like Captain Bebop’s family had been local for a very long time and it was nice to get that perspective. We learned a lot about the history of gator hunting, man made vs natural water ways, and the types of plants that are in the area. We loved it, and would absolutely recommend.

Kenny was very knowledgeable and funny. The airboat is the way to go for the tour. You get to see so many gators and different birds on the trip. Don't forget to say "hi" to Andrew their mascot/pet baby gator.

The pickup option at our hotel was so convenient, our driver was funny and a safe driver. The ride to the tour loading is over the bridge and took about 25 minutes. There is a restroom and a gift shop (cold drinks/snacks) before you load up. We sat in the front (prime spot)! No bugs, nice breeze, great wildlife sightings!!

The shuttle bus driver picked us up in the window period. It was nice and cool on the bus. She was very nice & knowledgeable. She made the ride to the swamp very interesting. You could tell she's a New Orleans native. Captain Ernie was the Best!! He was knowledgeable, informative, & funny. He gave us so much history about the swamp area, people, and the past storms. He told us plenty of facts about the alligators and the swamps vegetation.
