I recently took a Washoku cooking class and had such a wonderful experience! Yuki was knowledgeable, patient, and made the class fun and easy to follow. I learned several new techniques and recipes that I’m excited to try again at home. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and everything was well organized—from the ingredients to the step-by-step guidance. It was a great mix of learning, hands-on cooking, and enjoying the delicious food we prepared together. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who loves cooking or wants to build confidence in the kitchen. I’m already looking forward to taking another class!

Wow. Yuki did an amazing job teaching my cooking class. I was the only one in the class and so I had a private lesson. She taught so many dishes in the time that I was there. I learned about new ingredients and new implements and I’m very excited to try these recipes at home for my family and friends. The dishes we made in this class were a little different than what I saw offered in other classes, and I was very pleased about that. And I must say Yuki is the sweetest cooking teacher. I enjoyed my time with her and our conversation. She also shared some tips about exploring the area.
