The bus was coming from Toronto. Was 45 minutes late. We proceeded to go on the hornblower cruise. That was 10:45 and we were told to be at the bus by 12:30 and there were numerous people that were late getting back. We never left until after 1:00. Ended up at Table Rock park for only 15 minutes! That stop wasn’t listed on the itinerary. From there we went to maple tasting for only 15 minutes. Talk about feeling rushed! I asked the bus driver about going to Niagara on the Lake, he said we could go but would have to find our way back!!! So disappointed in the tour!

Peter was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable about the area & the historical sites. He guided us from point to point Beyond the falls is unforgettable experienced All is in excellent presentation However, we had bad experience in the customs because of the maple syrup bottle. It charged us with the luggage fee that costs us so much rather the syrup it self My suggestions is that could you please explain that if we are buying souvenirs, make sure that this is not allowed in the hand carry? Other than this, our visit at Niagara Falls are excellent
