2.00The bus air-conditioning did not work. We went back to base to get another bus. The airconditioning did not work properly either and this bus had NO seatbelts. We felt very unsafe. Even though the falls were magnificent we went on a bad day and there would have been close to 100,000 people there. The night experience was ruined. The tour guide was young and did not seem to have a lot of experience leading a group.

1.00The driver did the best job he could with all the problem we were experienced. First the vehicle 's air-conditioning was not working and with the sunny day plus temperature over 27C, it felt like enter into a sauna room. He eventually went back to their depot to swap another vehicle. With the heavy traffic we met, we were over 2 hours behind our schedule. Also the evening buffet was disappointed too. The choices were so limited and meals were not hot/warm. My family and I were so excited before the trip started and felt it had been spoiled.

5.00Alp was an excellent tour guide. Very helpful knowledgeable and cracked a few jokes. He drove very carefully and was on time. The tour was excellent. My only issue is because of the long drive I would prefer more leg space. Everything else was perfect.

5.00Our experience was changed from this outing as the numbers didn’t suffice on the day we had planned to go. We were offered an alternative day trip which may just have been a blessing as we got to meet Johnny,our guide. He was amazing with his knowledge and humour and I’m still flabbergasted at the number of languages he can speak. Although off season, our day was marvellous thanks to Johnny and his personality-he truly loves what he does and it shows

1.00This is not as advertised. In winter I was informed only 1 trip from the tour guide. I was only notified 24 hours before and said not enough people which is incorrect. we booked afternoon and evening this does not run and when we booked it offered us boat clearly this does not run. We booked day trip and evening with 3 course dinner. There is no boat as it is frozen this should not be advertised as such.
Basically an affordable shuttle service.

2.00It gets your there and back. Ideal for an affordable shuttle if that's what you're looking for. The ride wasn't all that comfortable and the English wasn't great but hey, it gets your there and back from Toronto.
