5.00It was longer than we anticipated - but definitely worth the time and effort. The bus was very comfortable and our tour guide took great care to look after all of us. There are no words to describe the Falls! Simply amazing.

5.00Lots of photo opportunities. Be prepared to get on and off the bus a lot. Be prepared to get a bit wet on the boat ride the poncho helps but if you’re wearing slacks they will get wet.

3.00The bus was 30 minutes late picking us up and the trip to Niagara Falls was painfully long. Two stops on the way only delayed us getting to the main event, the falls. Once we got to Niagara Falls everything felt rushed. I would not recommend taking this excursion, I would recommend taking a water taxi from Toronto.
Ignore pick up points. They will be changed

1.00Don't bother booking through Viator. We booked 2 trips, both promised a pick up from the Hotel. However, it would appear Viator don't agree this with the actual tour operator giving the tour, who specify a different pick up point. Everyone on the same trips who booked through Viator had the same issue. We will book directly with tour operators next time.

2.00We booked the day/night tour of Niagara Falls. It was the best experience of my life and I’ve done some amazing things. The disappointment with this cruise was it makes you think you are going to see the night lights and fireworks of Niagara Falls, which is not the case. The fireworks don’t start til 10pm and we were home by then. I was fortunate to be able to witness them from my hotel room but lots of other people wouldn’t have that privilege. The dinner option was also crap……sat at the worst table in the restaurant and the all you can eat was a case of we eat after all the main guests and just before the staff were entitled to eat the leftovers…..very disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this cruise to anyone
