5.00Our experience was changed from this outing as the numbers didn’t suffice on the day we had planned to go. We were offered an alternative day trip which may just have been a blessing as we got to meet Johnny,our guide. He was amazing with his knowledge and humour and I’m still flabbergasted at the number of languages he can speak. Although off season, our day was marvellous thanks to Johnny and his personality-he truly loves what he does and it shows

1.00This is not as advertised. In winter I was informed only 1 trip from the tour guide. I was only notified 24 hours before and said not enough people which is incorrect. we booked afternoon and evening this does not run and when we booked it offered us boat clearly this does not run. We booked day trip and evening with 3 course dinner. There is no boat as it is frozen this should not be advertised as such.
Basically an affordable shuttle service.

5.00Great Tour from start to finish, Niagara Falls is a special place to visit and Zoom tours really do it justice. Our tour guide Johnny made it a fun, enjoyable experience. The day/evening tour was a great way to see Niagara Falls, we were a small group and Johnny used the opportunity to share his knowledge and experience of the area which enhanced our overall enjoyment of the whole day. We would highly recommend Zoom.

5.00Johnny was deffinetly the hostess with mostest. He had us laughing from start to finish with his quirky sense or humor and immediately made everyone feel welcome. A nice flex that Johnny can speak 7 languages, fluently and is very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the many stops along our route to Niagra falls to take memorable photos. We enjoyed the free time to enjoy some of Clifton hill as well, nice way to break up the day and see what you want too. We are so glad we chose Zoom tours to experience Niagra Falls with.

4.00Good tour! Everything on time, good driver Nikola. But at booking ut was said there would be a bus with the bathroom and wi-fi, in fact the bus was small and didn't have the listed commodities. Moreover the space for legs was pretty tight, I felt uncomfortable. But still the tour itself is really great, I saw the falls, took a boat trip, had dinner at Sheraton and saw the fireworks over Niagara Falls - incredible! If you take this tour - wear flipflops for the boat, it's really wet!!! You literally will take a shower in the waterfall and this plastic poncho won't save you! but it's fun.
