1.00The tour started off on the wrong foot. The original instructions stated that pickup would be across from Union Station, but the location was moved without any notice. We had to contact Zoom, the local tour company, for clarification. From 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm, we were picking up people from random locations, including highways and hotels. It was disorganized and frustrating. To make matters worse, the guide, Ali, talked nonstop. Most of the information was irrelevant, and his jokes were not well-received. The saddest part is that it’s now 3:51 pm and we still haven’t made it to Niagara Falls. We’ve spent over three hours sitting in traffic and picking people up. We still have 26 kilometers left to go.
There was no dinner cruise.

3.00I was disappointed that there was no dinner cruise or fireworks display from the boat. I was under the impression that the aforementioned was all apart of the cruise. Also everything ended right at my hotel. However I had to ride back to Niagara on the Lake to pickup my car.

5.00It took a bit to get the pickup location confirmed, but the trip was worth. The driver, Ali, had a great personality providing a lot of information about the area. The day was beautiful showing off the majestic view of what nature has to offer. The view from the hotel to watch the fireworks was amazing. The light color changes of the falls was an added bonus. The food was excellent at the hotel. We were given time after dinner to explore the shops before the light show and fireworks display of the falls.

2.00We had to wait almost 2 hours at the pickup location for our tour to begin. We didn’t get the entire tour we purchased. We enjoyed the boat ride though.
