Disappointed - Only got part of the tour for my money!

2.00I was really disappointed in this experience. First, we had a long wait in line for the Maid of the Mist boat ride. Not sure we "skipped the line" like they said we would in the description. (Quote from description: "Niagara Falls Cruise with Skip the line tickets."). We also never stopped at these two locations (#4 and #5). that are listed on the itinerary. Quote from the itinerary: "( 4. Clifton Hill Free time at Clifton Hill Niagara Falls, this street is filled with activities for everyone no matter the age. Enjoy a delicious meal just feet from the falls, followed by time to admire other attractions or beautiful gardens such as Oakes Garden. 55 minutes • Admission Included 5 Queen Victoria Park Explore one of the oldest and finest parks in Canada. Drive along the Niagara Parkway, offering stunning views of the Niagara River. Be sure to bring a camera to photograph pretty flowers. 20 minutes • Free Admission )" When I requested a partial refund, here's what they said: "We regret to hear about the circumstances surrounding your refund request. Viator strives to make every attempt to address our customers' concerns. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer a refund. We apologize that you were not able to fulfill your travel plans, and hope that we may be of service to you in your future travels. Regards, Japie Viator Customer Service" I only asked for a small refund due to not getting the full experience. Oh well -- live and learn. Super disappointed because I really have only had great experiences with Viator in the past.

5.00My friends and I came out to the falls.The guide from bus 28 was great .He was professional,He was on time .He keep smiling.He talked about the falls and the building surrounding the town.My friend I had a great time

1.00It was way OVER CHARGED along with Miss-commitment. For 42$ boat ride and 13 $ tunnel, charging 167 $ is a scam not a trip
