4.00I booked the airlines tour directly because I wanted a small bus to limit how many people were with the guides Shahz did not disappoint as a guide he was very informative and friendly. Unfortunately as I travelled in April it rained and the boat wasn't running but we did the Skylon tower instead which gave amazing views. One tip if the Canadian boat isn't running if you have a passport it is possible to cross the bridge and get a boat from the US (if it is running). Check with you guide if you can do this instead of the 1.5 hr stop at Falls avenue.

5.00Had a nice time with Shihz, our tour guide. It was a a cold rainy day but we made the best of it. He was polite, on time, and provided a well rounded experience for all the guests. The boat ride is closed during April, but I enjoyed viewing Niagara Falls from the various tour stops - Behind the Falls, The Tunnel, Niagara City, and Skylon Tower.
Great way to visit all there is to the falls.

5.00The falls were amazing to see in person, and having a guide was extremely helpful. Beyond just seeing the falls, I did a tasting of maple syrup and chocolate, did the journey behind the falls, visited the power station (underrated attraction) and went up the skylon tower. The visit was around 9 hours, its a great way to spend a day with the family. Haroon, our guide, was always ready to answer questions and helped with any attraction we wanted to see. 10/10 recommend.

5.00Great experience! Even though the weather was a bit rough (being shoulder season), our tour made the most of it! Our guide was knowledgeable and informative. The boat cruise doesn’t start running until May 1st, so keep that in mind when booking
