3.00Driver was not very friendly or helpful. My daughter always had to move the seat so the people behind could get out of the back row. I think the driver should have been doing that. He was hard to understand and didn't give clear instructions.

3.00Horrible! Bus was late and we were late to all our excursions. Bus could not pass some inspections which caused the group to be split into sprinter vans and Ubers. Totally unprofessional. Want my money back!

1.00I have used Viator many, many times. This is the worst "tour" I have ever been on. I do not give bad reviews. However, for a company that prides themselves on service this was horrible. Reasons: No Tour Guide Driver could barely communicate with us. We were stuffed into a GMC SUV...in the back. We did not have any "Niagara History in information of any kind. This was a Driver at very best...no tour. I could have booked a car for much less and not suffered so much I have been on the best Viator tours and this was horrible. I hope Viator makes this right with me. If not, I will contact Amex and dispute the charge. I am sorry about this review, but I am so disappointed with a company that should know what is going on. I would n3ver do this again.
